Thank you! I recommend you talk to Larry at Omega mantels (tell him we sent you for a discount) and they can give you updated pricing. It's all custom, so pricing varies by your fireplace size, style, material, etc. The picture frame molding is made from trim we picked up at our local lumber yard. Not sure of the manufacturer or code, but it's about 1.5 wide.
I love everything about it! I'm in love with the side table and the wall color! It adds such a classy feel to it! Tip for future videos: keep bloopers to 1 min, 2 min max. 5 min of bloopers is too much for a 10 min video.
Thanks for the question! We have done both matte finish for walls+trim (as done in our office) and matte for walls, eggshell for trim (as done in our office). It really depends on the color of paint, the traffic/wear&tear expected in the space, and the look you are going for. We always use matte on the walls though - it hides imperfections well and has a nice, soft appearance. Hope that helps!
