    What a great voice. If you ever get tired of carpentry you could do voice over work. As far as your dining room goes, it’s GORGEOUS!

    I use to watch This Old House, with my father. I will say you out do them by far. It’s motivating and relaxing watching you work. Great Job. I would definitely watch your show if you had one on a network.

      That is very kind. Growing up I loved This Old House, and I wasn't even a woodworker back then, just like seeing things built. If you know of a network looking for a show, pass my info along...

      Carpet was what was there. We are waiting to do the floors so we can do the whole house at once.

    I've been doing finish carpentry for over 35 yrs. Love it! Haven't done any wainscoting in a while. Doesn't seem to be popular anymore where I'm at, unfortunately. I miss doing it.

      Curious as to why the 4" and 4-1/2" bottom rails? @@MikeFarrington

      @MikeFarrington  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@charlesbilikas4082 I think a wider bottom rail looks al little nicer. Its not some super special thing, just something I do.

    Wow!!! This is so beautiful!!!! The time you took to perfect your home is so amazing!!!! The color, the little one, life getting in the way. This took you months to finish and you put it out on a 24 min video. I loved watching every min of it. I wish my husband could do this, but watching was great :).
