It's crazy to think that people think these home are affordable. 1700sqft for $350,000. That is crazy expensive for not much space. That is $205 a sqft. These homes are still expensive. Before homes where $100-$120 sqft. It looks like your posting for all the upgrades in the house and not so much the sqft.

The payment on this home is like 3x what a similar sized home would yield a few years ago. This isnt a good deal. And you have a commute over an hour into the city.
