Sir what is better teaching or post doc? Isn't it better to prepare for assistant professor in govt college and other govt jobs in india rather than doing post doc....as I know after 3-4years of post doc you still need to search for job here.

That is true that after postdoc also you need to search for job..but once you get job you can get good renumeration and good career growth..on the other side after phd you can prepare for assistant professor for 1-2year and try to get a government job
