Chris that upcoming game where you dig up bodies for a corrupt priest while avoiding demonic possession is not only really good, it HAS A WORKING TOILET
@@CreativeDiariess Floppysword did a playthrough of it without posting the name. Looks like it's called The Gravedigger, it looks insane and as much as I usually hate jumpscares this one has really good ones.
and then he would read any notes that he can possible find inside the house lol. (and i actually have some hidden for my future self to see what my younger self was thinking about)
This game is strangely satisfying to watch. Something about the design of the house, the slower pace, the silence and even how you interact with everything. I thought the ending was really good too. I enjoyed it, thanks Chris 💗👍🏼
My favorite part in all, if not most, of your videos happens at the very beginning of your vids. It's when you try to leave and find the exit in the game. LOL! Love your content, your humor and your puzzle solving. Cheers!
Could it possibly be "restart with another name" instead of time? I think it wants the player to enter their name as Karma. There was also the name of the Cleaner given in the newspaper clipping where it mentions them killing the family. Maybe that needs to be entered as the player name.
36:55 I laughed! Glad that the game only made you clean the house twice -- anymore would've been outrageously tedious. Also glad that they didn't leave everything interactable for the final walk-through as searching for new clues when there weren't any would also be tedious. The odd English and poor AI English dialogue put me off, but this game did a good job creating a creepy atmosphere by the end of it. Think the ending would've been more satisfying had it gone to a credits screen or something just to signal to the player that yes, this is really the end, since part of the game mechanics are restarting the game. Enjoyed watching your playthrough!
Oh Chris I'm not sure if you're interested in playing but I think you'd enjoy "Nobody wants to die" Its a futuristic, dystopian noir detective game. Reminds me of another game you played on the channel where we went searching thru memories of crime scenes(cant think of the name)
i 2nd this. Nobody Wants to Die looks amazing. i know it's a longer game, but relatively new and so many would watch b/c of its amazing look. the thumbnails i'm seeing when i search YT look AMAZING. i hope he plays it!
so amazing how far this channel has come! I remember when you had 70K-some subs and I spammed your channel to anyone who would hear! I am so glad that you were able to stop working and have this as your full-time job! Christopher, you deserve all that is to come!!!!! (GOOD THINGS LOL)
heh, i was always told never to force stop a rocking chair that was rocking with no one in it. also, the s i l e n c e of this big empty house makes every sfx feel horribly conspicuous. like we're making too much noise.
It always bugs me when horror games had a fck ton of lit candles. Who took the time to do all that? Was it a team effort? How long did it take? How much did all those candles cost? 🤔😂
It was alright. It seems like there's three games in one here : the janitor treated like a slave by a crazy family, the story with the possessed child, and all the funny stuff with the game messing with your computer - which has seemingly nothing to do with the other two storylines. A bit disjointed to say the least.
Really creative game, loved the crashes in it, the making you delete, move mouse. You fighting it, reloading again and again. Pretty fresh this way. 😂😊. Story was not to special but it has something❤
I like when games are doing Meta with your PC. It's always creative and quite scary. But I think the other problem of this game it's the loose ends, this story of a boy "cleansing" or "saving" his sister for example. It's both creepy and interesting and it's become red heering in the end.
I love how the game kept doing things on its own I have never played it but I read about the Psycho Mantis fight in Metal Gear Solid and how he could read your mind
4:10 the dresser had an eye con it knowing your real name is creepy lol u played another game kind like this where it knew stuff about u that no one else does love how it took over your mouse
02:00 For a decrepit house with a terrible property, the interior looks AWFULLY clean and new looking! Methinks they need a landscaper and exterior refurbishment services than a house cleaner!
Seems like either a lot of plot holes or something might have been missed, at first it seemed like the parents were religious fanatics and were going to do something to the cleaner and locked him in the bathroom. Then there is the whole thing with the sister, her weird friend, the karma book and the brother killing her. Seemed like two different stories or something.
Bro this game is nuts! I love how games force you back to your desktop. Btw Ive been watching Chris for awhile now.. an i still dont know what CJU means... please let me know!?
Interesting factoid .IAS file format is called Intermodulation Analysis System for a program for "setting up and coordinating RF (Radio Frequency) systems." Hmm, starting to sound like Outlast, LOL
@cjugames noticed that past few games you give up on the endings. Like this one you should have tried around 10 more times before deleting free will. You used to try harder to get the other endings.
I like games with this sort of concept. Though I do think this game had a pretty "meh" ending. I always kept expecting the game to get awesome, but, it never reached that point. It had potential, but the execution is not so great.
If you wanna try another harlequin, go fear familiar series, so you can have a romance from the pov of a cat who solves crime and shoves humans together. It was my fave harlequin as a teenager, I loved them and they are so ridiculous.
Good game concept, but can we stop with the "main character kills family, and then Nooses themselves" trope. really puts a damper on enjoying the game when at least half of indie horror games are the exact same story
I feel like you may have missed the true ending of the game. There was a code in one of the fake crashes "75 97 114 109 97" that deciphers to the word "karma". Karma was also a book mentioned in the game that was never found. Can you please try restarting the game and entering karma as your name? Maybe that will lead to the true ending that tries the story together. The ending with the noose was not satisfying in any way.
There was also the name of the Cleaner given in the newspaper clipping where it mentions them killing the family. Maybe that needs to be entered as the player name.
This game was good! However, I don't think I like games being able to manipulate your computer like that. Seems like a good way for a hacker to get a hold of information

I just wanted to say I'd definitely watch CJU playing House Flipper
I would as well.

A coin operated washing machine and absolutely no dryer? It really *IS* a horror game

Chris trying to clean up the house and he still left cupboards and drawers open 😂😂
I think that’s more of a gamer’s trick to remember which ones you’ve opened already 😂

You missed a secret in that pop up message when you clicked "restart". That garbled text is base64 and decodes to "Restart with another time".
Could it possibly be "restart with another name" instead of time? I think it wants the player to enter their name as Karma. There was also the name of the Cleaner given in the newspaper clipping where it mentions them killing the family. Maybe that needs to be entered as the player name.

So...the owner locks the door...and leaves a hidden key for the cleaner, so you can get in....but...a window is open...
The note on the door was also really weird -- why leave a note on a locked door telling exactly where the key to unlock it is?

If that's Super Clean's idea of cleaning up, I wouldn't hire them. No dusting, no mopping, nothing but picking trash up?
