Scarpa Mescalito 2 Month Review

For the last 2 months I have been putting my pair of Scarpa Mescalito's through their paces over a variety of adventures in the mountains. From hiking to scrambling to full on bundu bashing and even while carrying a overnight pack these shoes have proven their worth as a proper mountain shoe.
While this is only a short term review I am planning on doing a long term review after about a year.

Nice! I live here in the UK where there a lot of scrambles - how are these for size? I run wide in the forefoot

Wonder how it compares to the Sportiva TX4?

Same. I tried both and Mescalito feels comfy out of the box while with Tx4 I might have gotten a bad pair with some stiff stitches on the inner side of the tongue. Putting this aside, Tx4 looks comfortable as well. Don't know how they are on long run. They are lighter, fact. But not sure it's a game changer here. Long story short, I bought a pair of Mescalito:)
