I know it's not an academy award winner, but I think the ending to The Fast and the Furious is one of the best even in cinema. How he chooses to be good on his word and his good character than that blindly being loyal to his job, and he gives the keys to Dom paying off his debt of a 10-second car. But even though Dom is now in possession of the car, it's really not the car that is paying off his debt, it's the fact he's letting him get away by giving him the car. Great writing. Very satisfying ending, and one of the best in movie history. And I'm a movie buff. Great ending.
Now I understand why they never sold the Supra movie car. I remember seeing other original F&F cars being sold on eBay years and years ago but I never saw the Supra which was strange because that was "the" car.

It's always a blast to hear the real story about anything. During the filming of Fast Five I had the opportunity to see the black Dodge Chargers used in real life. To me it was surreal. While having some drinks a local bar, a guy claimed to be part of the production and we asked him lots of questions. We of course asked him about your car and it matches a lot with yours. We were pretty hammered so I never took what he said too seriously. After watching this video, some of the thinks he said match. I guess he really was who he said.
i worked for the company of the guy who owns the supra now in the Netherlands. He stored this car and a couple of others in the company building. That thing is awesome!
Mate, you were an integral part of what is the ultimate modern era car movie. This video is testament to that. Yes you sold the car but these memories are the thing that matters most, not the car. Coolest story. Props.
Damn I can’t tell you how much I love you’re channel. Back then Fast and Furious changed everything for me as far as my exposure to jdm. And I’m glad you were there so they did it correctly .
I call your channel as my personal best find on youtube this year. I hope you have enough material to share. Btw, you got some seriously good camera back then considering the times.
Thank you for sharing your vehicle to the world and letting young kids at the time like myself grow a love for JDM cars MKIV Supra is still a dream car!
SO glad I found your channel. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these videos when you damn sure didn't have to. Your cars legends! The entire reason I had engine swapped a DODGE NEON is because of your cars lol. Around 2003-04ish, i put a Srt4 engine into my gen 1 neon. And it was fassssssstttttttttt for its time. Had a wings west body kit on it, Motegi Racing Rims, man, the good ole days
Datsun 510 are my all time fave,my first car was a 510,I put a l20b with a cam and dellortos,5spd blue bird gear box and a Subaru legacy 3.7:1 lsd.loved that car.should never have sold it
what a great story! I never knew the history of such an iconic car from my time in the tuner car scene ... I had always thought the Supra was built "just for the movie" - props for your build.
Beautiful! That Red RX7 next? I've always wondered why they had him park it in a garage parking lot and never seen again. That thing looked like a serious performance machine, wanted to see more of it.
Craig, you've owned cars that people these days can only dream of. *you're a literal legend, because you also worked on some of the most iconic movies of the early 2000s, which helped make me appreciate all kinds of cars instead of just classic muscle cars*
You obviously have a soft spot for Nissan, it's kind of funny cuz one of my biggest gripes about the movies is my favorite the 90 to 96 300ZX was never featured in anything. Such a beautiful car..
Rumour has it the movie was created based on true events about a guy with a black TT zed which destroyed anything it came up against. I, too loved 90-96 zeds since I was a kid and ended up owning one later in life.
I had an 87 300z turbo 5 speed, was a fun car to drive though it was pretty heavy. Always appreciated its younger brother and wanted to get a twin turbo model.
In 2 Fast 2 Furious you can see a red 300ZX briefly when the cops bust the first race. When the orange civic tried to escape but got blocked by 2 cops, you can see it
Craig, you said it best. You got to see those cars through and experience the best of them and they are forever captured on film. I own 1/18 scale replicas of them all. Because of your Supra more and more people came around to the quick discovery of inline 6 power.
Hi Craig, i was a friend of Chris McKoy. We got introduced a while back when you still had your yellow supra! I was the guy with the red Supra Limited. Thank You for this Video and making the Supra the most Iconic Tuner Car Ever!!! I enjoyed the fame it brought. Good Luck with your Channel! Clarence
Your Mk.IV Supra was way better looking in yellow, with your more tasteful body mods, than it looked in the movie with Universal's strange choice in wheels and that bizarre and tacky "nuclear gladiator" decal on the side. Great video, keep up the fantastic work! This was such an interesting watch. :)
Wow this is absolutely incredible! I live in Australia and I was 14 at the cinemas watching Fast and Furious with my dad. The fast and furious franchise has gone to crap. The first two movies are the best as it's about cars, not action crap. I am 33 years old now and I now own a aero top 2gzgte 94 supra, a supercharged 2008 Ls3 HSV Maloo and a 2013 HSV GTS with a worked LSA enhine. I used to own a gtst 33 skyline with a r34 front end. And a holden wagon with a rb20 motor from a r32gtst..I wish I didn't sell either of these cars and now I don't sell cars at all hahaha. I really like this extendive video made, really well done and explains alot. Good work brother. P.s. I can tell you regret selling it..but so would everyone else in your position, you are not alone.
This car, is where my love for cars are driving began. You sir are the un-sung hero of my life that I didn't even know about. It's my dream to own a 94 supra next to my FRS but I'm too poor for that AND they are impossible to find around my area
I watched 2min in amd i could already cry hearing the story of the supra because around that same time here i was a little kid into cars probably about 5 yrs old and im looking thru import tuner mag while you were living it up props to you my man
This is so cool! I always thought it was just some movie car built by a movie crew. That ultra loud paint job made it look less like a tuner car and more like some movie car.
Damn man... All I can afford is a 1/18 scale of these cars 😂 I'm also building the wrecked supra as we speak, in 1/18. I believe the Tow truck is a custom as well? I'd love to build it too, so I can put the supra on it, but there is very little info about it... Great videos, they answer a lot of my questions!! 🥰
@@_Zekken yeah it's not only that. With our environment activists and green politic parties it's pretty expensive getting a monster like this on the road...
These are were cheap back in the day, in 2014 I met a guy on one of the bases here who had a 93 A80 RZ 6sp manual with 120k kms on it and he was trying to sell it for 10k or best offer. Nobody would buy it. I tried to buy it but my credit wasnt good enough back then. It all ended up working out though because I bought my current Supra for $4800 and a full V160 conversion for 4k. A RZ V160 car car $8800 isnt too bad

@@forrestgumball you can definitely find stock non-turbo auto trans Mk4 supras for less than $20k
old supras are better anyway
The 2020 bmw supra is ugly.
THE SUPRA! They gotta be some of the coolest rockets.
i worked for the company of the guy who owns the supra now in the Netherlands. He stored this car and a couple of others in the company building.
That thing is awesome!
Man, i would rather watch this movie for the first time again WITH your narration.
This is one of the best videos I’ve seen in a long time. Thanks for making this.
The FACT that the car parts "from japan" was just for eye candy is Golden
You sir, have an excellent taste in cars! Thank you for sharing!
Would love to see the vin numbers. With the Supra registry might be able to track them down. Thanks for sharing! Was a great video Craig.
Mate, you were an integral part of what is the ultimate modern era car movie. This video is testament to that. Yes you sold the car but these memories are the thing that matters most, not the car. Coolest story. Props.
It's cool you've owned a 96 Impala SS those cars are really underappreciated
Datiel Rose facts man I always wanted one !!
Impalas are gettho thats why
@@JoseMartinez-jw2dy they end up in the wrong hands😂 end up sitting on 26 inch DUB wheels and get metal flake green paint😂
Datiel rose lol so right
Donks suck.i dont get it. Only ghetto get it lol
This car and the man who drove it in the movie had us all here many years later loving our cars this much. RIP Pablo!
@7:07 I'm glad that was a used camshaft... as an engine builder I know you would never lay a precision machined surface on the pavement!
Thank you for sharing your vehicle to the world and letting young kids at the time like myself grow a love for JDM cars MKIV Supra is still a dream car!
wow. I clicked so early thumbnail wasn't ready yet
I saw it this morning it had a thumbnail then idk why he took it down and reuploaded it
John S. Negron he used the wrong porn folder 📁
He made it private for some reason
I remember this car at the shows in the late 90’s. My 240sx was painted the same color yellow as the Supra
Beautiful!
That Red RX7 next? I've always wondered why they had him park it in a garage parking lot and never seen again. That thing looked like a serious performance machine, wanted to see more of it.
The beginning supra scene is still the best content on TH-cam right now 😆
Craig, you've owned cars that people these days can only dream of. *you're a literal legend, because you also worked on some of the most iconic movies of the early 2000s, which helped make me appreciate all kinds of cars instead of just classic muscle cars*
Get that weird "where did my childhood go" feeling watching this. I thought I'd own that charger by now😂😭
Unreal!!! Thanks for posting!!!!
When i watch your videos i just feel the nostalgia.
Thank you for all the work you put in to making these movies what they are. They changed my life as did Paul's passing.
When the orange civic tried to escape but got blocked by 2 cops, you can see it
@@deathaero9149 I remember seeing it and getting excited. Even for that small barely visible shot. Haha
I'm glad you still do these videos,us true F&F fans appreciate it.
I love this car and your videos man! I’ve been waiting for this one!
Craig, you said it best. You got to see those cars through and experience the best of them and they are forever captured on film. I own 1/18 scale replicas of them all. Because of your Supra more and more people came around to the quick discovery of inline 6 power.
Honestly I think the GR Supra in orange for Fast 9 is like a homage to the Supra that started this series
BASITH PH yes you’re right it is. Unfortunately the car isn’t an homage to the other one
Basically pouring salt on a wound
Hi Craig, i was a friend of Chris McKoy. We got introduced a while back when you still had your yellow supra! I was the guy with the red Supra Limited. Thank You for this Video and making the Supra the most Iconic Tuner Car Ever!!! I enjoyed the fame it brought. Good Luck with your Channel! Clarence
love your work Craig !
Can you do a story on how the Veilside RX7s (Han's and Dom's) got into the movie.
Is there a back story ??
Your Mk.IV Supra was way better looking in yellow, with your more tasteful body mods, than it looked in the movie with Universal's strange choice in wheels and that bizarre and tacky "nuclear gladiator" decal on the side. Great video, keep up the fantastic work! This was such an interesting watch. :)
11:29 one of the 2F2F reconditioned Supras ended up in the movie Grandmas Boy, or at least a close replica
R.I.P. Paul Walker you are the best actor 😖😖😪
This car, is where my love for cars are driving began. You sir are the un-sung hero of my life that I didn't even know about. It's my dream to own a 94 supra next to my FRS but I'm too poor for that AND they are impossible to find around my area
Universal Studios Park had one of the Supras on display about 8 years ago. It was an absolute jaw dropper - nothing like it.
I watched 2min in amd i could already cry hearing the story of the supra because around that same time here i was a little kid into cars probably about 5 yrs old and im looking thru import tuner mag while you were living it up props to you my man
OH MAN.... What a tribute to Paul Walker!!
RIP BRAH
This is so cool! I always thought it was just some movie car built by a movie crew. That ultra loud paint job made it look less like a tuner car and more like some movie car.
Damn man... All I can afford is a 1/18 scale of these cars 😂 I'm also building the wrecked supra as we speak, in 1/18. I believe the Tow truck is a custom as well? I'd love to build it too, so I can put the supra on it, but there is very little info about it... Great videos, they answer a lot of my questions!! 🥰
Come to NZ. Can buy an auto NA supra here for 15k (~10k US) converting it to manual turbo would cost the fraction of what they go for in the US....
@@_Zekken yeah it's not only that. With our environment activists and green politic parties it's pretty expensive getting a monster like this on the road...
This content is pure gold! Thanks for the time spent creating these videos Craig!
love the ending "and no i will not be buying a 2020 supra" 😂😂😂
I saw this movie the day it came out at a theater in Seattle. What a fun night.
24k for a Supra lucky ass Jesus man I need a Supra bad
Hayden Dax whats even better, the net profit when he sold the car! Damn. Never knew that the supra is now in the netherlands.
@@KeenanStyles How in the f*** did you get an A80 for $4800? Was it wrecked?
Get one in aus for 10 or 12k
@@Elguapo93 get one in cali for 80k lol
Thanks for sharing your story Craig.
Racing Hart C2’s. My fav wheels!
Man dude, they need to make a movie about you! FATHER OF FAST! Gotdammit, you are the man!!!!
