Everyone including trucks are playing with their phones, thats now more important than human life. It's sad and everyday someone scares me being stupid !! I had something similar happen to me a couple months ago. Lady merged lanes right into the side of me. Funny thing is she told the police I hit her. Thankfully we have dash cams and it showed I didn’t leave my lane at all. I hate driving more and more every day.

Its in the shop getting a new rear housing, rusted thru so bad you could pry on it and see the ring gear. Running for now a 22 western star 4900 with a 40 in bunk and a 260 or 270 wheelbase. Nice having airride but the trucks too dam long to get down some of these tiny farm lanes.
Justin what type of paint are you using on the frame and the rest of the underside of your truck ? Is it an automotive type paint ? I ask because maybe you should try an industrial type paint . I have used TNEMEC paint for years and it is not cheap , but it is a great paint . I'm sure their sales department can steer you to the right product for you to use .
@@flintcreektransport You may want to speak with a Rep. from TNEMEC they are a 100% industrial only paint company . That stuff the NYS Thruway Authority put on the roads is awful . You can use on the trailers too.
Yeah I had an accident 12/23/22 and I was supposed to be off. It was my fault because I was swinging wide and didn't see the car turn left. Only thing that worked in my favor was police never came and the guy didn't have a license. Our insurance wouldn't pay after they found this out. No damage to my truck but messed his car up. Please be safe everyone.
Make you not want to get out of bed. My friend had 5 accidents in one month all his drivers fault he came to me begged me to go run his truck. I did and turned in my hours he paid me half so I quit. Years later he hired me as a maintenance mechanic for a certain amount and got me again so I quit again. I don’t steal but when you say something be a man and do it. He called me the other day wanting me back I told him I would think about it
You got boys put them to work cleaning them trucks and Pay them. That way they will know the value of a dollar and when they want a car in high school they can go buy a vechile. Just like I did I bought a 😊
Solution is Day time running lights, lotta companies do that. No way that car driver doesn't see your truck if headlights were on. Require your drivers to turn on lights all day 24/7.
