The peterbilt doors are a mess I spent 2 days adjusting a door one day I think they either got some bad doors or hinges love the blue very beautiful ride🇺🇸

@@lafolle1414 It was a double line road he was turning left across the road shouldn't have to look in mirror guy shouldn't be passing him on double line and he was all most across the road when guy came flying by hitting him I usually look but shouldn't have to main thing no one got hurt but that was a hard hit and bet there is more damage then wheel, hood and bumper hope not but bet it will need new left frame rail
No doubt that the dump truck driver was at fault. He should have seen that the left turn signal was on and he should have stayed back. The dump truck driver was probably in to much of a hurry to let your driver complete his turn. Either that, or the dump truck driver was ignorant in knowing that it takes more room to maneuver a tractor trailer into a 90 degree turn. Just my two cents worth. Glad no one was hurt.

First great no Injuries. Hire a independent Adjuster for your company (contracted) have him do appraisal and Fix the Wreck - save the down time. If there Is a issue later it gets pounded out in court BUT your ahead of the game with your own adjuster who's licensed

Don't know how it is in New York, but up here in Ontario your driver would have been at fault and charged with either careless driving or improper left turn under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act as long as the other vehicle was passing in a legal passing zone.
Justin's driver is in the right. He was making a left-hand turn from the roadway and not from the shoulder of the road. Which gives him the right of any coming up vehicles behind him. If Justin's driver had made a left-hand turn in front of the driver coming at him, it would be Justin's driver's fault. That was not even illegal passing lane. That is a double solid yellow line, which means no passing. If it was a solid yellow line on the other side and a dotted yellow line on the side, Justin's truck was on that would have made it legal for passing. No matter how you look at it. It was not legal or safe for that other driver to pass Justin's truck.
Looks to me the tie rod end was bent , that’s probably why the steering wheel is a little off. Seems to me your Driver should have looked in his mirror a little better. Just saying
I found by not using Cummins injectors I had no problem with using from a company called Diesel Control out of Massillon Ohio and cheaper, thanks love your channel. Retired o/o of 44 yrs.
