Bad Apple in Wezterm Terminal and Rust [Flicker Warning]

It's fun little project of creating video player for terminal. sadly there is somewhat out of sync with the audio, and I cannot figure it out why maybe because my current limitation of programming knowlodge so i made it play at 30.5 fps while the original around 30fps, maybe someone will help me...
