I can pin point the moment my child became sick. Certain psychotic medications produced some results but fail to cure him. He eventually became catatonic and he was dying. He refused to eat or drink. He's still here. He still has OCD and I medicate him daily because his insurance won't pay for the intravenous treatment that he needs. Thanks for your efforts. I hope it isn't too late to save him. He's a wonderful human being and he deserves better.
Find a patient advocate and go get your son the help he needs, fight fight fight and take your story to the news media if you need to. Do not give up so easily.

You are right!! My brother is 20 and suffers from PANDAS since he was 3. My parents tried everything and we found out not a long time ago his real diagnosis. My question is also if he can be healed at least a little bit...

OCD is brain inflammation like SO many other psychiatric conditions. What is causing the inflammation in the brain.... Genetic susceptibility and environmental assaults...

Can you get this as an adult? Like a late onset we're suddenly find yourself in this situation? Or is my OCD because of a different reason? It's really making me miserable 😪

My son almost died . I just kept taking him to the hospital in the beginning

Plasmapheresis is the cure to PANDAS except the OCD.
