I was wishing last week that I could see you do a Fusion paint video even though it is a Canadian product and voila - like magic you did one!!! I like your painting style and I hope I can try your style and get a better finish when I use black. I always find that Fusion leaves brush strokes and I go back after and sand like crazy to get a super smooth finish but then I can never use their wax - I always have to use Polycrilic to get the sheen I want on the black - and that has its own issues on black. SO - thank you very much Christina :-)

I have been using fusion mineral paint for a couple of months now. I really love it, it goes on so smoothly and so evenly. I’ve never painted with chalk paint, I started with the mineral paint. Hi Christina, I've been following you since March this year and your presentations are always delightful. You make it seem so tempting to try. I have amazed myself and just finished my first piece.
Age is just a number. I honestly thought you were much younger. This piece turned out beautifully. Love the color and natural top. Liked how smooth this turned out and I think just the right sheen finish. I need that Zebra fan brush. I have a few Zebra brushes and love them. I'm trying a paint similar to this called Wise Owl 🦉 that I will be trying on my daughters dresser. Congratulations on the new adventure! I think I need to show my husband this sander. We have been painting and restoring furniture more and more. It is something we both love to do. Its really hard when we are both working full time jobs but seriously thinking of turning it into a full time job for me! Happy early birthday!
What an awesome color! Fusion also has their own paint brushes which really help give ultimate coverage and eliminate brush strokes, also ones for hard to reach spaces and grooves. Give them a try! Happy Fabulous 40!! 🧁

Awesome videos been loving them. Just a quick tip for people who who can't afford the festool sander. Buy a decent wet and dry vacuum and tip accessories for tools and you can achieve exactly the same result for a quarter of the price. I own a festool and it's awesome but for years and years before this I used and a DeWalt sander with a wet and dry vacuum and it works just as well the festool is just quicker to set up and smaller footprint in the work shop. If you can afford the festool go for it but if I had my time again I would of just figured out a better way to store and set up my wet and dry vacuum works just as well and last just as long definitely spend your money on things that would help you out more like a good spray gun set up or some of the basic wood working tools like drop saw, table saw and jig saws. Again awesome videos just thought I would add my 2 cents as I see people spending way too much on DIY tools then realise they could of bought and set up a whole shop for the price of 1 tool they bought.

I have not used Fusion paint before but have used Heirloom Traditions paint primer, paint and sealer in one.....great color choices and easy to work with....wish I had the money to buy that sander...sounds like a dream...but I do not paint enough...yet...to rationalize the purchase.....the table turned out great🙌🏻 love the color....great for fall but all year round too! Thank you for sharing😊k oh and btw I freaked at 30 yr birthday....40 is liberating....enjoy❣️ I’m turning 59 next month...has me a little rattled bc we never feel older in our minds then late teens early 20s❤️
The Heirloom paint commercials pop up on Facebook all the time....most always can get 30% as first purchase...that’s where they get ya lol bc then you have to earn points for coupons after that....however once they have your email address after first purchase they run decent sales almost every month....it’s 38.99 quart but does go a long way....I would love to see you try it bc I rarely see them use just a paint brush....they roll or sponge it for smooth texture after applying with brush.

I’m amazed at all these paints except for the milk paint how they stick to the surfaces that still have the dark stain and seal underneath . Please tell me if they chip off eventually or do they cure nice and solid.
It is so different from Dixie Belle so they are hard to compare. Both great for different reasons. I don't think you could wrong with either one. What type of project are you wanting to do?
