I like that the Guardian AI almost has a natural difficulty scaling built into it. When you're new and scared of the Guardians, they relentlessly pursue you as you try to flee, but when you're seasoned and more confident, they settle down once you're willing to face them.
Something I've noticed is that I've found it tough to shoot Guardians' eyes from point-blank because I'm trying to chase the eye with the crosshair, meanwhile the guardian is trying to line up with where I already had it, making it seem like it's dodging my shot.

@@richardmahn7589 Yes, that's right. However, in the game industry, this is a given. Ted Tschang wrote an interesting paper that dissects the rationalization of video game production through the interplay of consumers' increasing demand for novel games and the creators' obligation to accommodate by developing original and creative intellectual property. This has long been established as a precedent. As a result, the expectation of something innovative that will please customers' constantly shifting tastes, as defined by its prequels, cannot stand up to the harsh reality.

When I had my first ever encounter with a lynel (west of mount lanayru), I tried to cheese him by just shooting all the arrows I had at his head. At some point I gave up, because I didn't have enough arrows (or rather a better bow) and he kept killing me by letting his arrows rain from the sky. So I tried to escape, ran off through the gate, past the memory spot, up the hills to the left and when I was quite far away already, he suddenly teleported right in front of me 😄
Never has a lynel done this again and it was both terrifiying and awesome 😄

@@diamondmemer9754 I know. Heh. But still, if only you can wrong warp/teleport somehow...even if it is random. Then that got me wondering if anyone has ever tried something that would overload the map screen and somehow let you teleport to a shrine that isn't activated or something.

Also found you can Metal surf with metal plates using magnesis, simply stand on one metal plate, then activate magnesis on another plate, move it to the edge of the plate you are standing on, now you got transport! Very handy in shrines with spikes, instead of keep lifting plates in front of each other like stepping stones, which takes a longer time

Guys I have two things about the same Lynel, the one near Zora's domain.
1.- He has followed me too to fight with teleportation, same process as in the video.
2.- We all know it is supposed to be a forever Red Lynel but there was a time after a blood moon that it got upgraded to a Blue Lynel, it was on my first playthrough and I didn't know that wasn't suppose to happen so I didn't take a photo or a screenshot and I just proceeded to defeat him and this hasn't happen ever again.

While there is obvious so much material to cover in BOTW to keep making this videos, I would NOT like the job of being told "Put out another 'More Things You STILL Didn't know' video!" and having to find all sorts of new things. I don't know how you do it, and if you have backlog of things you haven't shared just so you have content when you do have to produce yet another one. Hats off to you! Must be stressful in a way, and then you have to make some of these kind of interesting!

hey, just a random fact i discovered. when you submerge a drawn bow with elemental arrows on said bow, the visual effects from the arrow will be completely gone, giving you a great look at the arrows' actual models. this works with all types of arrows, even ancient arrows. (not sure if it works with light arrows cuz im way too lazy to do memory storage) ok bye
