Since I grew up at Lake Tahoe, and from your comments, it's obvious that I know more about this place than you do! For example just south of Thunderbird Lodge, there are two fairly famous beaches there. Chimney Beach is aptly named because there's a chimney still standing from one of the original cabins that George Whittel built to stay in while he was building Thunderbird Lodge. The other is called Hidden Beach, and, it's the one that's clothing optional. However, most people that go there just go nude when they get down near the beach. It's a long steep trail getting down there but well maintained.
Are you talking about the beaches in Incline Village? Those beaches are private for residents and their guests. However, most of the east shore is open to the public, the beaches are not easy to get to but they are beautiful.
@LivingInTahoe 2 days ago 102 subscribers You are right it is Glenbrook, I mistakenly said Glenrock, which is a condo complex on the golf course in Incline Village, thanks for helping me out!
Only if you're a billionaire now. For decades I have always called it Income Village for good reason. It used to be one of the places for millionaires, but they can no longer afford it because billionaires come in and buy two or three properties joining and build god-awful mansions hidden behind high walls and landscaping. The only way to see any of this is from the lake and I used to cruise that in my boat on a regular basis. Captain would tell was an eccentric person. He threw society parties in Thunderbird Lodge in the main hall. He would drop snakes down on the society ladies from up above in the rafters. He also would fire a shotgun at anybody that came within range of his "private beach"! I found that out first hand, but fortunately, I was just out of range because I knew better than to get too close.

Thanks for the comment, I hate having to give my license number but it is required by the real estate division. Maybe I can just put it in as a graphic? I will ask the division if that is legal.

Is it Glen "brook" or "rock" ??
It's most beautiful and you can't access it if you are not a property owner

Let me know what I can do to help. Have you spent time in Incline Village?

Glenrock or Glenbrook?
You are right it is Glenbrook, I mistakenly said Glenrock, which is a condo complex on the golf course in Incline Village, thanks Tom.
Glenbrook! My bad
The most amazing part is that it isn’t in California!!
Yes!!!!!! All the great weather, and amazing amenities without all the taxes and politics of California.
@@LivingInTahoe it’s too bad that Nevada did get more of an equal share of the border
But, Lake Tahoe is bigger by the CA side.

You really do not need to give out your license number in every video. it's unnecessary, not required and also annoying.
