Update: Ive updated the firmware of the gamepad to V1.0.6 and it seemed to solve the stick issue. While gamepad tester now shows a worse circularity (went from 1% error to about 13%) the sticks feel way better in game. Sadly the stick response curve is different from original xbox/ps5 controllers. On all settings (standard, precision and fast) it feels different and makes it much harder to aim in games like call of duty. Also, TB should enable more then 250hz polling rate on PC. The controller costs 200€ here in germany. Even some 50€ china gamepads support 1000hz. Its a nice good quality gamepad but i wouldnt recommend it for esports if you need precise stick input.
1: absolutely nothing wrong with the sticks, stop yapping. 2: humanly impossible to notice a difference between 250hz and 1000hz on a controller. Do a blind test with a 250hz and 1000hz controller. I’d bet my house that you couldn’t guess the right one

R1 and l1 are overly mushy, and i have intermittent connectivity issues on both wired and wireless and seems to be when the app is open, and the stick caps feel cheaper than the $10 pair i got from skull and co. Battery life does not seem close to 30 hours on all power and rgb settings set to 0. But i love the stick tension and precision, abxy buttons feel good, grips dont make my hands sweat and the shape and weight are very comfortable. Overall i plan to keep it but cant help to think how long with it really last. My $45 gs g7 is in close contention for performance at 1/4 the price. This controller can be great with a few tweaks and i hope yall can get to that sooner than later
THIS!!! Hopefully this is the START of better things to come! We’re willing to pay the money, but we want the quality to come with it! Fix these simple solution problems, that aren’t that hard to fix to begin with, and they’d be golden! Anti-friction rings should NOT have friction lmao, they really need to fix that one first! But I hope they see these comments and make the necessary changes and adjustments! Otherwise, great direction they’re headed!
Skull and company make the absolutely best thumb grips. I have used most all of them. I use them on all my controllers. I’ve been seriously impressed with my stealth ultra have a little over a month on mine and it’s become my favorite controller. I love my G7SE also and switch between these 2 controllers the most.
The controller is fine but only issues I've had so far is random disconnects and the select button is to near the analogue stick others the controller perfect
I play rainbow six siege and typically map the press down of the sticks to my paddles so my aim can stay consistent. Is there any way yall can add it as a mappable button?
Sorry if my English is not good, I have a question, my controller stopped recognizing my RT trigger, I honestly don't know what moved it haha, is there a way to factory reset the controller... note, I already tried it in several profiles but I can't recognizes if it has vibration and more
If for some reason the Analogo antidrift is damaged, where I can buy the spare part, someone knows ideal for amazon or similar, to be able to send to Chile.
This controller only supports android not iPhone I’m a bit disappointed on that since I paid lots of money hopefully a update on the controller will come to fix that but got no hope for that 😢

There's a reset button on the back of the controller, you'll need a small pin, hold it for 5 seconds and then let go and it should reset.
