That call back to their earlier storyline was a really good touch. Feels like just yesterday I was watching his coming out storyline. Memorable times on ED.

I can’t listen to Paddy acting as if Robert is some villain. I thought we were past this. Robert can truly never do anything right because people always find a way to twist it. He didn’t plan to kill Lee, it was a heat of the moment decision which he’s now gonna have to pay for until he’s almost 50. Paddy should be there for Aaron not telling him that Robert doesn’t value their marriage and that he doesn’t love him and that he’s a terrible person. Robert handed his life away so that Aaron’s would be better and yet he’s still ‘evil’? He deserves a better send off than this.

Robert is doing the right thing for once in his life. He's still a schemer, but being with Aaron has softened his edges a bit and made him a better man. He has gotten away with so much over the years. Lee isn't the first person he has killed. Poor Aaron is still so willing to self-destruct for Robert. Paddy and Liv are just trying to save Aaron from himself.

He has been around for so much of what Aaron has been through, he has seen him at his lowest and seen how much Robert has done for him and built him back up again. Lmao some of you Robert stans crack me up. Robert came close to killing Paddy *twice* (shot him and buried him in that grain pit) and threatened to hurt baby Leo if Paddy told anyone. Paddy also watched Robert abuse Aaron for a long ass time before they became a legit couple. Paddy doesn't owe Robert forgiveness, but he has decided to put Robert's transgressions against him to the side because he sees how much Aaron and Robert love each other. But right now, Paddy and Liv are only ones being logical - they're trying to keep Aaron out of freaking prison himself. It's crazy that people are acting like Paddy is wrong for not wanting Aaron to be locked up as well.

She feels like he doesn't care about her but only about Robert. She feels like he's not thinking about her at all. She also knows what it was like for him last time in prison and she doesn't want him to go through that again.
