The National Cross Country took place in Parliament Hill, London this year. This video is a story about the journey of three elite runners and how their National XC race campaigns went.
It was a spectacular running event to witness.

That also brought tears to my eyes mainly as I recalled the several times that I have doe the mens ational there, the Southrn Champs are even worse as its 9 miles for the men rather than 10k
