(also orph my king) 1:08:16 : it is NOT over because the is a composer on the team and its ALWAYS a guaranteed 4 man escape when he is played unless hacks are used 1:08:50 : the lack of hope you have for my boy is saddening, my heart; shattered 1:09:45 : i understand why he doesn't have full kite build but also.... he kinda.. needs it :c 1:10:28 : LET FREDERICK COOK!!!!!!! he didnt rotate cause he was that confident (and also knows thats its impossible to get frederick down without hacks) 1:10:46 : NOOOOOO it pains me to see him in pain... frederick no.. ugh.. (non biased) but maybe a buff where his cooldown is 35 seconds , cause like, be honest, many people cant kite 50 seconds.. and ive seen so many composers flop (though i do too of course) 1:11:34 : LITERALLY, ive had this idea where i think, if timed correctly you can, like, force the hunter to do a small rhythm game (to match his decoding playstyle) and if they mess up while chasing you they "stop to throw a fit" (stunned for a second) BUUT if they get the mini game right the hunter gets a small speed boost or smth!! My rank duo plays Composer, so I've learnt playing Cheerleader is a very useful asset to have so their speed boost can refresh faster, meaning they can transition faster.
They gave the no ts to lawyer instead of lucky guy because 1. lucky guy would be s tier with it and 2. since health in idv is canonically fear and when survivors get scared when they get hit, lawyer is immune because he's evil and doesn't get "terrified". I'm not joking lol!

Replying to your first timestamp, yes you can nerf the character. If warp is working as intended on every character except Ann, and Ann becomes too powerful with it, then why not nerf her? It may not be a direct part of her kit but it's still part of the game and it's something every good Ann player will utilise. So if changing warp isn't an option then yes, you would just nerf ann
