Japanese viewer here. Percy was actually tournament legal in COA6 and was played in the 2022 semifinals for the Japanese playoffs(qualifing for COA6) ZETA vs SCARZ. It was one of the best matches of the year. What's interesting is that its zeta who always plays the Percy.
In regards to Kazuneko spinning, i think the idea is to make reacting to animations harder. Often times when we are waiting to react to something we look for movement in general, as opposed to the specific thing. The average person, unless they train very particularly, will react slower if the thing they are reacting to is constantly providing stimulus.

Zeez you should defo watch the mrc’s games in ivl this week (week 9, you can find full recordings on bilibili), a member was kicked out and they had no subs so their coach (who haven’t played at a high level for years) played in his suit and actually kinda ate!! They also somehow won 1/2 matches

Mrc was also struggling financially cause they got ditched by their boss and so they have literally no subs (as in only 4 survivors in the team and no money to hire more), and when he got kicked out they either had to have their hunter play survivor or let their coach play survivor or else it would be a automatic lost. They choose to get their coach play since he was pretty good and played professionally like 2 years ago lol. They also won a match with their coach playing (in a suit ofc cause he still had to do the bp for the hunter) and he actually kinda carried I definitely recommend checking it out on blibili! Good news is that they have a new survivor coming in who is not revealed yet so I’m sure their coach does not have to play for them for much longer
