I love Sns. My nails get very damaged from acrylic tips but sns can be removed by simply soaking in acetone for a bit then wiping clean with an acetone soaked sponge. Just be mindful of the buffing that’s done before application- excess buffing weakens the nails too.

I use basil pesto a lot. I use it instead of marinara (spaghetti) red sauce on spaghetti with parmigiana cheese. It taste great with stews, on top of meat like lamb, pork, beef. Most of the time I use it for vegetable or tortilla wraps, or sandwiches, instead of mayonnaise.

It's always the prep work that does the most damage and not always the actual product used. A bad nail tech can ruin your nail bed even with SNS
