R - S flip flop or S - R flip flop ek hi hai kya
Theoretical both are same, but RS Flip Flop is NOR Gate based, SR flip flop is NAND Gate based.
However, in block diagram based circuits they are not differentiated

No both are different, The excitation table of any flip flop is drawn using its truth table.
