      Well I could bare try the first 2 exc. very very restricted and sore the 3&4 very very easy without pain. Guess I have to struggle on with the first ones until it loosens up but it’s very difficult with the severe pain 🥵

    Today I did the stretches and the exercises, followed by another session of stretches. This is the first time in 3 weeks that I have some hope of pain relief. I've been trying every cream, pill, etc. to relieve the pain. This seems to have worked the best. I'll post again in a week or so. The stretch that seemed to do the most for me was the last one of the four. Thanks for your videos. I'm 68 and active. This gives me some hope to remain active.

    Found your channel today, THANK GOD!!! I am a 100+ mile a month Runner & have suffered right hip discomfort for a while now mostly when resting or inactive it stiffens up causing me to limp until it becomes mobile again! These stretches & work outs will be part of my daily routine from now on! Really appreciate you sharing! ❤💪

    Wow. I am 64 and have been suffering from hip pain for two weeks from carrying my grandson on my right hip. Just did you stretches and they helped a lot. Pain isn't completely gone yet but greatly diminished. I will keep it up. Thank you. Did not want to have to go to Physical Therapy and spend time and money.

    My hips were hurting so bad even when doing just low impact exercises. From the first day I started just your stretches I’ve seen significant improvement! The one that helped me most is the stretch with the band. (The Supine Lateral Hip Stretch)😂🎉🎉🎉Thank you so much for posting your videos!!!!!

    I looked up some videos that didn't help a while back. Thanks for uploading this one! The explanation that it was due to weakness, and that I need to strengthen my hips is the real key. Great stuff.

    This helped. I still have some pain but felt relief. On nr 2, 3, and 4 felt like my lower back/hip muscle was going into a cramp, but pushed through, and it helped

    I was in pain about a year and a half. Got instant relief after this streching. It really helps relief the pain. I couldnt sit without pain in my but. Now pain is gone. I am surprised.

    Very helpful. It helped alleviate the pain in my hip, side and lower back. Years in the gym killed my back, bad stenosis

    You are my hero… over the last few weeks my hips have been bothering me after sitting. It would eventually work itself out but as soon as I sat, when I got up to stand the pain came back.
    Going for a walk, my hips would start hurting… I haven’t gone for a walk so not sure how it will effect that, but I’ll let you know.
    So last night I found your video and did the entire work out… SHOCKING… even after that one time, just one time, my hips felt amazingly better… I wasn’t feeling pain when I stood up. So this morning I got up and am going to make your workout a part of my day everyday!… so grateful… can’t wait to try your other videos… who would have believed after just one time I would feel so much better… thank you.😊❤️👍

    These exercises helped reduce my pain tremendously! I was in so much pain last night that I barely slept. It hurt to get out of bed, walk, etc. I started doing a few of your exercises in bed and immediately felt relief. I then put on my exercise clothes and did the full sets on both legs/hips and WOW! Are these ok to do everyday or should it only be few times per week? THANIK YOU❤

    SO HAPPY I found your video. I am a 72 yr old woman who has been reasonably 😢active all my life although a moderated regime since having CFS for the last 28vyrs. I crashed badly with CFS 4 yrs ago which meant no exercise. and just this last six months I have began a slow increase but found My side hips are too painful when walking or doing yoga. So I just did your stretching and strengthening routine. I am very hopeful as they seem to be really good exercises.

    I recently strained my lower back golfing and have been out of work for 2 weeks. Back pain went away, but hips were still really tight, and legs would be sore towards the end of the shift. I came across this video today before work and no pain after doing a double shift. Thanks for the informative content.

    You have modified this from you video called Hip pain relief which I do every evening. Now I have additional exercises to do which is good. The exercises take me half an hour to do but as a 59 year old I am now pain free. I did stop doing these a few months ago and the pain in the right hip returned; once I commenced them again, within 3 days I was pain free thus I am just going to do them for life every evening. I am pain medication free and pain free in my right hip because of these exercises from your channel. Thank you 🙏🏽🇬🇧👵🏽

    i have mild curvature scoliosis but get extreme pain in my hips because of it. These stretches are really similar to what I do at physical therapy, but they expand on the things I do which I really like. great video :)

    I am using Nordic trekking poles to walk around - usually five to 10 miles a day. Bursitis was coming on - So I started to do your stretches and exercises. Nordic trekking poles are terrific for helping with posture, while walking, balance, and not tripping over uneven pavement. I’m just hoping that I can deal with the bursitis and keep going. Thanks!

    This was very helpful to me, thank you. A typical 24```°day for me is 4° seated, 16°on my feet, and 4°, in bed however my supine is more than not @45 degrees. I know I have a rotated pelvis, and I try to do the exercises I can remember from therapy (no where near adequate) but I know it is slowly getting worse. More than not after 15 sit/eat work lunch I stand to major r-hip pain that screams " u sit ur butt right back down" I have to stretch back or pause inorder to move. Worse is eating in your car and u get out and u can't move, I hate it so when a passerby says, "hey, are u ok" for I am ok, it just won't let me straighten yet. Some have had real concern, and I don't want that. Today, getting out 😞 f bed, not beyond words, but pretty dang-nab near. The above stretches have relieved a lot, but I know there's probably more I can do, if only I knew. So I am forever thankful that you teach and you teach well, thank you. At present my r-shoulder is acting up and it is beyond words. I will now search for what you offer for that, and again I am very grateful

    Thank you so much!! A few years ago I broke my hips (age 20!) conveniently it only hurts when I lay down or sit too much. I have to stretch it a few times a day. I kinda wondered what that was about. I mean you would think for a bum hip, get lots of rest. If I rest for more than 1 day I am in pure agony. Scared to see how this is going to treat me when I’m old.

    Do you have videos to alleviate inner leg/hip tightness? I can barely sit cross legged bc my R hip is so tight. I do have a R knee replacement that seems to inhibit further growth in stretching. Thank you!

    Here one day after practice at a driving range hitting from mats, wow is it painful to move & sit. Piriformis figure four stretch helped, not full relief but definitely better

    Very much appreciated! I'm 44, and this works for me. Can I ask, can these exercises prevent hip replacement surgery in the later years of life? I understand it's a medical question. I just wondered if there was any information on this. I was taking my hip pain as a sign of getting older, but I definitely feel much better and more confident to get back into training after these hip stretches and hip strengthening exercises. Absolutely brilliant, thanks again!

    I’m 65 and fairly fit.
    Play golf regularly
    Right handed, last night got a sharp pain in the right hip.
    It has lingered into today.
    Feels similar to the IT band you describe
    Going up stairs, pushing off on the right leg sends sharp pain from the hip halfway down to knee.
    Sound like IT band?
    Never had this before.
    Stretch number 3?
    Or wait until it settles down?

    Left lateral hip pain for months. I cant believe how tight that joint is when I do your stretches.. They will become part of my daily regimen. Seems like I spend half a day doing physical therapy for one thing or another... welcome to old age I guess.. ;-)

    55 and started having hip pain first time EVER. I've always, always been active, super active - I'd do two hour workouts just for fun since I was about 15!
    I'm an (outside in nature)personal trainer in South Florida. But the past two years slowed down after my brother's death. Still active but not kettlebell, targeted training active in power mode anymore.
    I realized as I'm now teaching water aerobics ( my legs used to be super toned, now just regular tined and I haven't done adductor exercises, kettlebell squats, etc at the park like I used to. Still stretch and am stretchy, but not as strong( fine w me).
    But one day walking two hours on pool concrete deck w my ecco trail sandals on- woke up next day could barely move. My right hip was locked up! Never in my life before!
    I have no pain in my body, none. But this new, strange, never before experience is Yikes! Never considered my age because I have no pain and lots of energy ( since birth... Very, very fortunate- so have always taken care of my physical health).
    ( Except that carpal tunnel 8 yrs sgo-- knocked that out with the Carpal Solution - (mycarpaltunnel.com)..
    This video made me realize it was weakness in my hips due to lack of former exercises ( i walk, etc and move a lot). These stretches snd exercises in your video will help, I know it .
