Kitchen counters are concrete I believe. It's ok. No view really except a parking lot, bathrooms all need updating, flooring in bedrooms as well. What's the HOA? I'm afraid at today's rates, with the HOA charges, this is likely still way overpriced even though I know that there isn't a lot of higher end availability in the condo market in Asheville.
@@anthonywood8587 this is downtown unit. Very little of the view on this lower level. HOA is $900.
Asheville is not an it place anymore. Chattanooga TN and Greenville SC are.
@@JamesClark-c2m Chattanooga and Greenville are definitely upcoming in the last couple of years. Asheville still seems to be drawing a lot of population in.
Asheville has no mountains. There are a few mountains in NC though. Asheville has a ton of homeless.
What do you mean that Asheville has no mountains? We are about 2000 ft above sea levels and we have beautiful blue ridge mountains surrounding us.
