Love the setup. You gave me some good ideas. I have an M416A1 that has the surge brake on it.

Do you have the Rancho part number for the lift springs for the trailer?

Are these 12.5" or 14.5" Fenders? Also, can you point us to the expedition portal thread for the neck extension? Curious on what needs to be modified to make it work.
    Thank you.

Where did you put the axle snubber? Seems a little easier to do a suspension lift the flip the axle to run my 35's

Nice build. have you done anything on your axle or did you kept in original? I see that you have new shocks underneath. Thank for the feedback. If you kept the original axle then what maximum speed you can drive with the new tires?

That looks pretty nice... i just got an M416 over the weekend with the intention of doing the same conversion. I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. What type of wheel adapters you used, I want to put 35 in wheels and what kind of mounts you used to put the RTT on? thx

Great set up! I just picked my 62 M416 trailer and want to run some 35s as well. Will the trailer hitch sit too high for the Jeep at that point? I have a 3.5 inch lift on 35s on my Jeep.
    Thanks!!!

I’m running 4.5 lift now with 37”s on trailer sits level. I use an adjustable Pintle mount. As info Fourwheeler magazines January or December issue has a feature on the Jeep and trailer has some updates since this video

I looked for that small machine cover on mytarps.com. Either I can’t find it or they don’t make it anymore? Do you have the link?

Has been good still on there might do a different set up to fit a bigger tent and higher. But have been really happy with this set up and has taken a lot of abuse .
