only 3 minutes in but love seeing a more structured video coming from Brian. Ming and Harry taking the lead for a video as well since they've been pretty heavily featured on the channel for a while now.
Great video and in-depth review. Ming and Harry were very good on camera explaining everything. At first I was under the impression that Moonwake Coffee Roasters wanted to create an eye popping setup with the Cybertruck and Cafe Racer to sell coffee-which looks like you’ve definitely succeeded. The white and oak is beautiful and I thought this was the final product/ setup for your pop-up shop. I’m confused as to is this a partnership w/Voltage Coffee Supply to test and review different machines? I think that’s what you say the plan is. If so, then is it more focused of swapping machines to review rather than Moonwake Coffee Roaster’s having a consistent dialed in “signature” Cafe Racer? Also, what is that tablet clamped onto the left side of the machine and how is it used? Lastly, is there room on the truck for a heat lamp for Brian and Harry to offer Jollibee chicken which is known to pair well with a latte? 😊
Very cool!, questions: Is it NSF certified? How could you pass health requirements of having a fridge (for milk) etc.. How much power can the cybertruck offer? You said max is 6.5kw, avg 1.4kw but if running at 6500w, how many hrs the cybertruck can keep up? How do you supply water and drain? Do you have backup generators? Would be interested to see more videos on how you set it up with cybertruck and all the connections/issues
Awesome video guys! I would think ambient conditions and grind settings effects the shot quality more than anything? Do you think the lack of 3rd party tech support and the $23k price tag for just a 2 group is the reason most coffee shops avoid machines like these? As a customer I really only care about customer service, value, quality and speed. My gut tells me this machine would be hindering for business in professional high volume cafe setting, thoughts?

Can't speak to the rest of it, but the Cafe Racer is NSF certified.
