I'm 10 minutes into it and I wonder why she has not called a plumber yet to turn off the water and remove some pipes. Not like they can put them back while she is around. And if they try most any police department would scold anyone who tried and trespass them off the property with a warning of arrest next time.

Was the MC's deck just /that/ fabulous that she was willing to lie, forge, and manipulate just to gain access and put a hot tub there? Or was Karen just utterly jealous of MC and wanted to assert dominance or something? It was just freaking ridiculous. I'm just having trouble picturing /any/ deck to be worth all this trouble and illegal activity.
