I would Sue the HOA to have the billboard removed and my home to be restored I would hire a PI to dig in and have injunctions to stop retaliatory fines and other threats after discovering the shady contracts I would sue the individuals and companies involved and sue for the unauthorized breaches of privacy. However the second part whatever was awarded I would share with residents who weren't on the board.
The one thing I hate about these stories is you. listen to it and then. a little bit down from where you just heard one story. Then you hear the same story again They must put the same paragraph in there about four times. It seems like 4 times.
Is it just me, or does every story read on this channel seem AI generated. It is after all AI reading the stories🤦♂️ The HOA office is always in a rundown strip mall with an uninterested secretary.
BS not even going to listen roofs are designed for the area (IE snow load and such) as such residential roof would not support the weight of full sized billboard, unless designed for it when the house was built or retrofit for such which absolutely doesn't fit the premise of the story
What a disappointing story. 85% of the story has the MC flailing about like an unsteady toddler, feeling sorry for himself and taking none of the steps reasonable for someone in his position to take. He never calked the police, he did not contact a lawyer until the very end and, after everything done to him was shown to be illegal, he accepts the loss of his house, and crawls away with a whimper. The fines causing his foreclosure were illegal but he never contested it. Weak story overall.
Tech note: You have repeated extended segments. More than one video. Bad, bad move. And that doesn't even count the mispronounced - but very common - words. AI is not intelligent (and if this isn't AI but human, then it's someone very, very ignorant.
he didnt really win he still where forced to move that was a bad ending

Did they test the roof to see if it would support the weight of the billboard?
no
the 'picture' says it all. The city building dept. would have issues with this.
Would have been a police matter
Call the police
Homeowner is pronounced, HOME- OWNER not home-e-owner,

First story, turn your power off, get a lawyer.
This story is very disappointing as it keeps repeating certain parts.
yea this story was probably AI delusions and AI make mistakes so it repeats itself
I don't understand why it takes an hour to run this story and in the story why didn't the owner call the police waste of time again
