There is access to the ground from under the hood, by the driver's side strut tower.

I found out I really didn’t have to remove all the intake stuff but the tube from the filter and I could maneuver the starter

You could have a bad fuel pump my guy. I'm not a mechanic by any means but I know that can cause it to not start. Check out Chris fix's video on how to fix a free car that won't start. Very helpful

There a easy way it's a Mexican guy lol he doesn't take all this stuff off and I just traded my start out to my car would just keep clicking I could boost it to turn on but it wasn't my battery Chrysler sucks for mechanic stuff it always has something wrong lol but anyway this guy shows you a hard way to do it but if you like this better than you can do this I liked not having to take the manifold off or throttle body

You can disconnect the battery under the hood. The wires just come right up and connect in wow.
