    About:
Jason and Lorraine. In 2016 we sold most of our belongings and left the city in southern California to start a small homestead in the mountains of North Carolina. We left the city in search for a more minimal and intentional life. We became passionate about growing our own food and knowing what exactly is in our food after I (Jason) became diagnosed with cancer. Now 8 years in remission we as a family are on a journey to live our passions.
We document our life on TH-cam videos to inspire others to get out of their comfort zone and not be afraid of change. We started our own online general store where we have available the things we make and use in real life. Thank you for following us on this incredible life changing journey!

Your recipe was amazing! Thanks for sharing. My son and I grew the sprouts together as a homeschool project and wrote down our daily observations as they grew and then we made your recipe for dinner tonight. It was wonderful to watch the sprouts grow together and then make the recipe. We will definitely make this again. 👍👍

I sprout lentils all the time - it’s one way to get fresh greens when the garden is resting - though I have to admit they are not my favorite tasting - but they ARE the cheapest! Lol.

You could also use the mess bag that garlic comes in on top of the jar as a strainer
