- How to plumb up a kitchen sink asmr plumbing!
I made all my kitchen sink wastes in with plumbers mait as it’s clean fast and no wastage.
Pitching the waste pipes with the Milwaukee hackzall and using the deburrer tool from monument for that perfect finish.
This macalpine waste kit is so easy to fit and worked out perfectly for me with no additional waste fittings!
Nice to see someone still using plumbers putty and not silicone
Plumbers putty is awesome stuff
Plumbers putty ALWAYS drys out and leaks.
And a chisel!?
After like a hundred years maybe. And if you tighen properly you wont have issues in your lifetime. Whereas silicone will degrade much faster. @@TedTedness-wu4vb
Plumbers putty is garbage. This guy is a hack.
Good job. Nice to see a job done right
Thanks 👍
very good plumbing work
A fórmula do entupimento!!
I know the kit supplied was crazy
Some plumber from the 1930s watching this must think he's on another planet.
Dude that was super neat!!!! Congrats
Awesome, Thanks for Sharing, Blessings
Thanks, For a single drain,it's really good, however. Request you for mutiple drain sinks case, this will be a great help!
Been plumbing for 8 years in the states and just had an eyebrow raised this whole video lol 😂. Am I the only one?
Nope 😂
NO...But I did love that Basket Strainer!
Not at all 😂
Home Depot plastic thru the wall? 😂😂😂😂😂 def European.
@@adidasjesus41-31 Thats because European plastic is far superior to u.s. plastic.
Thank Christ for that. As a DIY'er I use a chisel to tighten the strainer. Glad to see a pro do it the same way
I always use the blade from my combination square !
Don’t use so much putty

I'm assuming this is European I think I had something similar under my sink in Stuttgart and Stavanger. Cool to see how it's done somewhere else.
Uk
Its American as well whatever the customer hands me if they're buying
This is 💯% not German, Dutch, Belgian, Austrian or French work.
Ist more efficient, ja.

Hey boy, get that fancy pipe cleaning tool off my jobsite!!
Don't forget the errrrrrrrrr
LMAO 🤣 😂
No green tools on mah job site boiii!!!

🫡😂🤣☠️
What’s the pipe deburring tool?
It’s called a square deburrer
Monument deburrer
E-pipe cutting tool is not available in India and we still cut it in the old way
@@safarideluxknr859 you still clean your butt the old way too 😂

Really like it
Dang I thought I was the only one rolling up a huge wod of plumbers putty! Glad to see I'm not the only one! Nice manifold drain
There sure is alot going on underneath that sink! Nice work
Good job man 😊
Professional! Hey what is the tool that you used for reamer the pipe? Where is can find it?
👍🏻 nicely done
Gostei de ver esse trabalho artísticos❤❤❤❤❤
That looks just like my hack saw that I can't seem to find all of a sudden!!🤔🤔🤔
What country are you in nice job by the way. It looks real clean. Just a different type of well way of doing it than we do over here in us
Uk that England probably
That is a wild fitting that ive never seen in the US. But i actually like it. Its not that much different from our slip joint fittings in the US. Kinda creative actually.
ALWAYS MIX PLUMBERS MATE WITH BOSS WHITE ,KEEPS IT MOIST AND MALLEBLE
Nice work
Thank you! Cheers!
I use a chisel as well to turn that bolt haha class 😂
Not if you regrind them to screw drivers, .........very old trick for large slot heads.
Good work buddy
Where do they sell that tub strainer........that's a brilliant design.......!❤
Plumbers putty 👍
Nice work 😊
Thanks mate
Yes!!! Plumbers putty is dear to my ❤️
Yes they are!
Jesus! You need a road map for that double sink..
Waaaaah Jordar khub saras very nice 👌 👍 😊❤
Thank you!
I love this Nah
Good job👍🏻
Thanks 😁
Absolutely cool 😅
Thanks mate

Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
Nice making sir
I'm not a plumber but this is my first time to see a wood chisel use as a screw driver.
Haha it’s wide enough to do the job!
Are you sure you used enough putty ?
Awesome 👌. What is that grinding tool you use at the beginning call?
Milwaukee hackzall
Reamer I believe.
Nice clean install. Not sure what your luck has been with plumbers putty but I just don’t trust it anymore. Any tips?
100% silicone can color match to fixture too!
@@mirahgirl01it works great for you but you usually screw over the next guy and the homeowner using silicone.
I’ve been plumbing for over thirty years and I still prefer putty.
@@BlueDart1971 I'm always the next guy lol! I've never had issues removing or working back behind silicone if they ever change things out again!
@@mirahgirl01 I have had to leave old strainers in that had the chrome worn off because I couldn’t get them out and they couldn’t afford to change the sink. Usually on stainless sinks.
Where do you find the those tipe of drain?
They come with the sink as a kit
Kraus basket strainers make those installs much smoother.
Btw what equipment you use for recording? 😅 Action camera? Phone?
Now I can fix my kitchen and bathroom hand basin and not having to wait for the plumber, . Thank you so much for posting on media, hope to see some more useful tips and demonstration
This has a moderate LEGO feel as easy as it looks to put together. The States seem to be 20-30 years behind Europe in plumbing materials. Maybe it’ll be here by the time I build my last house in the next 20-30 years.
Nice fitting 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Makes it look so easy but I bet if I try this there will be alot of swearing 😅
Haha there is lots from me as well! 🤣
Nice diy skills
Excellent
Good job man
Good job
Nice job! What was the de-burring tool please?
Super❤❤❤❤🎉🎉👍👌
I still use plumbers mate. Use under the waste as well though.
Holy shit, I've never seen so many slip joints on a drain.
Well the manifold like that I thought you were plumbing an engine for a second.
are you on crack cocaine?
Excelente sistema muy práctico con orrin 👍👍
I love my Milwaukee
Me too mate
Did he use a chisel to tighten the strainer?
And what country uses that type of drain set up?
UK
Yeah that’s never going to clog lmao
Nice card scraper which brand?
Very nice you Don Very nice job
Me dejo anonadado el destornillador 😂😂😂. Muy bueno el vídeo
Thank you
Perfect 👌
Wouldnt catch me using my sweet baby chisels on my sink plumbing~
That did look like a proper abused chisel tho😅
Yea, not bad, But... Too much of the under sink is compromised, Better job to move it all to the back, Which can be done with those fittings.
Make a video.
Different materials than I’ve seen here. That 2 part waste was crazy looking .
Nice work homes.....
I'm glad to see someone else using a chisel on those screw type basket strainers
How many faucets/drains are on that counter, bruh?😂
What do u call that white bond seems elastic u applied?
clean job
As a diyer am I better off using the plumbers mait for the trap or good old CT1!? Presumably the plumbers mait if I want to get it out lol!?? I'm thinking along the lines of the CT1 sealing better though 🤔🤔🤔
Think of the next guy fixing it. Ct1 will be a nightmare to remove. If you are a DIYer you'll probably be the next person working on it.
Putty
How good are you at cleaning silicone off of stainless steel? Use your ct1 then
I find with the putty it’s cleaner and easier to put on and off and no wastage. Your mainly relying on the rubber under to be honest but I hate the foam washers they give for the top
@@Taylor_26GE93exactly this
Damn way too many connections there
I don’t know where this is but one thing I know, that type of double sink drain couldn’t survive IPC or local inspection in USA. 😂
I would never buy that sink again. Thats insane how much of a gap there is between the strainer and the sink it self
I know the kits insane!
It's strong enough but if someone get stucked into the sin then u need to break whole sin 😶
Stuck into what exactly?
@@mmplumber in which they putted so much putty
@@mmplumber or sometimes substances like hair and other things might get stucked 😊
You won't find any of those fancy fittings at Home Depot!
Only thing missing from Germany (mainland Europe) is HT pipe with gasket inside wall, its all plug and play, still do not understand how US have to make plumbing more complicated ...
Why shoud I glue it??? Those Rubber Rings hold perfectly well. Installations hold here in the EU ( I'm from Austria) some of them are over 20 or 30 years old and they still work perfectly. Little bit of lube and that's it now f*****g glue needed.
@@Erich8101 totally different pipe you wouldn’t glue tubular, tubular is thin and crappy and that’s why I don’t use it, regular PVC pipe should be under your sink to tubular is out and it has been out for 20 years, tubular is what homeowners use
Not in the EU. I'm plumber myself and use it all the time.
There is a world outside of the US you know?
@@Erich8101 most plumbing in Europe is better than plumbing here in USA specially heating, we used tubular under the sink from World War II to about early 90s and you can still use it here, and people still do, but why would you? When there’s something better?
@@bjkjosephEurope plumbing is also much easyer to install. Old europe plumbing was a nightmare, galvanized pipes for supply and combo of lead and cast iron for sewage, brass or nickel plated steel uder the sinks, and almost everywhere you needed a thread you needed to cut your own, and even everything in europe us metric, water supply piping is imperial, including threads wich are NPT, but sewage pipes are metric😂. in last 30 or so years people that never saw plumbing can do it with what is used today, stackable pvc with gaskets for sewage and welded pvc with threaded brass inserts for supply. Tool you need to weld pvc pipes you can buy everywhere for 50ish €, and that's pretty much the only specialty tool you realy need.
Okaaaaay, so why use a whole pot of plumbers mait on the top side of the waste where it will not do any sealing rather than underneath where it will?
Which kind of putty is that?
Plumbers mait it’s called
Definitely not the US, probably in Europe. Saw something similar when i was visiting Germany many years ago.
Clean install my guy.
Never used or seen anyone in the uk using putty for a sink drain 😂 are you from America?
Nah it is not , there is already gasket usually in set. If you do not have gasket in set, you should use silicone, but almost always there is gasket... @munteza9262
Regularly in use in Austria
Plumber mait is commonly still used
Long time ago since we used putty and pant though
in the end I have seen a small white nozzle what is the use of that
