- There is some kind of rattling noise starting above 1000-1100rpm. It is faster while accelerating. At higher speed and gear the noise blurs, doesn't disappear. Can be hear better from 10sec and 10 - 17sec etc.
I think it's origin is from some metal-to metal vibration... but from where?
Engine is 2.0HDI, 88Kw, DW10UTED4.
DMF is quite new (LUK Repset), hydraulic lifters are all new, injector nozzles are clean and set, cam chain was replaced, EGR valve works fine... Can you hear the noise?

High pressure fuel pump is this problem. I had the same noise. I repaired pump with camshaft and noise is gone. Check it

@@marceloaguilar2944 my mechanic said it could cause a connection between high pressure fuel pump and camshaft. i am going to check it in this week. you can see the damage in this video. it is the ford mondeo but with the same engine. The car was sold to a dealer....
We checked all the possibilities, and figured out that the main shaft bushing should have caused the noise.
Before it appeared, the engine was disassemmbled, then after reassembly, was the noise. Main shaft was replaced....noise remained, the worn bushing causes the problem.
