Nice, one thing to note. If you have multiple recordings in there and you converted the wrong one. It will not convert others, you need to make a folder in the same place as the recordings and move the mp4 (converted files) into that sub folder. Then try to convert the file you want, it should then do it.
Thank you! this comment helped to understand why a six hour record seemed be ignored by the converter (a previous little trial mp4 file was in the folder). I was thinking something went wrong during the recording and the file was corrupted. The converter simply seemed to ignore the .zoom file, withiut any message.

Finally a solution that actually worked. The way zoom manages their video recordings is so unbelievably stupid how you need to jump through all of these hurdles to get it into an actual file. I had to submit my video recording for my college class and it took me so long trying out figure out how to convert this file that I was late turning in the assignment. Zoom is horrible

You sir have just saved my life. I needed my video for work and it would not convert with the ztscoder. Makes sense that if they are audio or video files it will not convert. I had video files from a previous test with the client within that file. But the main video would not convert. Hence the error. Thank you very much!!! :)
With a couple of tweaks, this video solved it when others didn't work. The trick is step one..... Move file into a folder with only .zoom files in it! Right click on .zoom file Open With >>chose another app>>>>more apps>>scroll Down>>Look for another app on this PC>> C:/users/"Name of User"/AppData/Roaming/Zoom/bin/zTscoder.exe

It really works. Actually you dont need to delete the files. Just cut to another folder, and then double click to convert.
