Aw thank you! I'm a bit of a music creative so it was my way of avoiding copyright issues lol. TH-cam is a long game. Over the 2 years, more and more people are finding me. I just want to keep encouraging you guys. My messages mean more than a huge following but I believe in time, it'll organically get there. Thank you for the encouragement 🥰x
yea honestly, once I found this out I've been working tirelessly on my past traumas and it's making a world of difference! The emotional symptoms have dwindled greatly, barely experienced any last month. Getting to the root, for me personally has been a big key to dealing with the condition💕
@@missanniejay Im glad you are addressing your traumas and that everything is working out!:)For me I tend to suppress them I know its not healthy thats probably why I developed pmdd maybe Im supposed to face them :(
@@MarianaFerreira-l1f it's tough I'll be honest, it's like reopening a wound. Definitely not pleasant because of the emotion it evokes that we naturally prefer to avoid rehashing - but it's worth it. We know how life destroying the condition can be so I just got to the point I was willing to do anything that would help. Facing the traumas has had the most impact (aside everything else I do). I know it's uncomfortable but I really encourage you to give it a try❤
I really hope you find them helpful ❤, I've also published PMDD related blog posts on my website if you follow this link lifewithanniejay.com/pmdd-page/ in case you don't always have time to watch videos x
