  • Do you really HAVE to use 3DSMax when you want to model Arch Viz, Environment or Interiors ?

I am using it for 3D printing where size is crucial. Works great.

Perhaps employers should watch this video whenever they post up jobs that required 3ds max only.

Id like to know how to incorporate maya into my architecture workflow, im student so maya is free now. Maya for conceptual design, revit/archicad for modeling and maya for render with some photoshop on top? Isnt maya just a waste of time for me? (Id also like to learn some environment creation, but i ll most likely wont have time for it,ever :( )

Small question, I am a self taught animator and by constant practice I am able to model or make whatever I can see, but I am unable to create on my own. I want animation as a career.
What are the important subjects, specially the theoretical ones, other than the software tutorials, which I can study to improve my art???
I want to take a break from software and do some study on what they are teaching in universities, so I can study it myself

@@user-gq1ij For animators it is important to study cinematography. Watch any video you can find on film making, storyboarding, camera and lens use, lighting, composition and more. Then study drawing anatomy ( male, female and child ) Finally study movement ( walking, sitting down, standing up, jumping, running etc
