Harrison Ford's adaptation of Jack Ryan always felt like a modern take of Indiana Jones. Both are educated professors with military backgrounds and can kick arse.
Just noticed a continuity error. In the bookshop when she gets ready to leave and he begins to set the book on the desk with the book’s binding on his left, as if the book was right side up. When they cut to him from behind as she is walking out, the binding is on the right, with the page edges on the left. Then they cut back to show him making a note and the book again has the binding on his left.
Yeah films are generally full of actors and actresses, who play the parts of fictional or non fictional characters who have been written about by authors, the actors will "play" several "parts" during their career, they will try to portray these characters by changing their physique, accent or gait, but, generally, cannot change their faces, therefore the characters you believe you have witnessed together are purely three actors portraying three different characters who are involved in this particular narrative.
Sometimes I feel sure YT can ready my mind. Haven't seen the movie for goodness knows how long, at least 20 years though. I have also read the book but that would have been even further back, probably 30 years. Thing is, I'm currently reading the book again, and now this clip pops up? 🤔

@@Zam_from_NerdTube Richard Harris also played Albus Dumbledore - another educated professor who can kick arse! 😂
Indy: Bambi, Pinocchio! Give Us Up 🆙 From Here!

Wait, Sharpe is being defended by Major Munro?
Don’t lick me laddy!
Even funnier? Duke of Wellington is the inside man who helped Sharpe plan the attempt on the royal family!
Jack: Hold On!
He had a cousin at Horse Guards and friends at Court
Threatening the man who killed your baby brother in court, now that's defendanting.
Ah ,Sharpe references! Im amongst friends. 😊
no you don't open the door, what are they going to do let you go after they break him out
The note in the book. So nice. Nobody does cloak and dagger like Tom Clancy
John Le Carre was so much better, as is Mick Herron.
Han: Pinocchio!
5:19 - an ancient example of the "leering boyfriend" meme. >.>
Sean Bean is a much better actor than Harrison by far! By far. In the court scene, even the barrister actors are totally convincing as barristers.
Sean Bean - I love his acting!
Back when Sean Bean could still act without pouting lips ajar.
You pull a gun on sean and not open the door.
They were unarmed.
Come on out ye black tans! 🔥🇬🇧🔥
Warden Samuel Norton interviewing Albus Dumbledore on TV with Indiana Jones watching! 😂
With Nedd Stark being sent to prison.

Indy: Uh Oh 😕
Should have mentioned/named the two women actresses also
His wife is Anne Archer, and the woman with the book is Polly Walker.
Why?
Jack: That’s Enough!
I know who Mark voted for.
