Weirdly enough. Buggy is 1 step away from learning Haki and actually being untouchable. Not saying he could beat anybody. But I'm saying the concept of defeating buggy who can break into pi3ces would be impossible and Annoying to say the least. 2nd to barrier barrier fruit

How does one know that Buggy hasn’t awakened or learned haki? Even Mihawk’s haki-infused attacks couldn’t hurt or kill Buggy, Crocodile knew this so they resorted to torturing him
