If water splashes on crocodile, he is unable to use his devil fruit power for a certain amount of time , but the man still has haki and a poison hook for a hand , he's not naive enough to rely on his devil fruit power , especially while he is in the new world .

@grammeland1 crocodile hasn't been shown using haki onscreen , because he has had very little screen time since the timeskip . It makes no sense for crocodile not to have haki , he learned the hard way you should never rely solely in your devil fruit power , especially when you are in the new world. There is no doubt in my mind that crocodile didn't get haki during the 2 year timeskip . My point about the poison hook is that crocodile can still use that of his devil fruit power is shut down, also I'm pretty sure he can dodge attacks and bullets , even without the use of his fruit .

I'm totally convinced that luffy won against crocodile at that was only because of luck and plot armour obviously otherwise at marineford even akainu was pissed that croc is on their side and didn't attack him back also just like gecko in his prime fought kaido and croc also fought whiteboard and we can assume that during that fight before fighting wb he probably defeated atleast one of his commander. He tanked jozu's haki diamond speed hit which pre timeskip couldn't survive period
