Very nice, like the double back flip at the 5min mark, would have been cool to have the camera view underneath the ramp, seeing it launch up in the sky. Love the Arrma Outcast, such a powerful tough truck.

Geared it with a 19T to move the torque band higher in the rpm range. Can pick up more speed and truck lifts the front half to 3/4 throttle, it is a show for sure!

Ive always liked the orange outcast too, not sure which to get but one of them. The center tower in the notorious isnt like these v4 outcast i dont think so tower to tower also might make me do the v4 outcast Orange LOL
@@STEVOD313 The orange outcast is the only RC I have where I kept the body stock. Matte Orange is nice
@@STEVOD313 the OUTCAST/NOTORIOUS both have the exact same setups in the V4's just like the past versions, so take your pick buddy, I for one will be going with a NOTORIOUS body, just haven't decided which color yet.

Sweet truck! I'm still rolling the V1 with GKA, Hot Racing, and Voltage upgrades. Very stout little truck. The Outcast can be a bet tricky to get the hang of. Took me forever to get the throttle control needed. What's funny all the driving skills that truck taught me, I currently use on every RC I have. It was a learning experience for sure hahahaha. But it payed off!!

My notorious I run 37.5 weight oil all the way around with stock springs. Handles like a dream now. .

Can those skid plates work with TBR front and Rear Bumpers ?
No Sir, you could get bolts long enough to mount both but with the TBR bumpers you won't need any additional skid plates

Does the 19 come with a tower to tower chassis brace or is that aftermarket
It comes with one on all models except for the Typhon and there has been no announcement about the 6s Senton yet.
However if you run Voltage Hobbies shock towers like Rich Duperbash does they say not to use a Tower to Tower brace on them.
I was kind of surprised that Arrma did that and not just beef up the frame or shock tower design instead.
Instead they put the cheapest radio system Spektrum makes with these rigs👎

Paweł Niezgoda I’m definitely not a big fan of the way it feels, especially the plastic steering wheel. Otherwise, I haven’t had any issues with mine so far. No glitching or loss of connection like other people have claimed.

I prefer monster trucks similar to the Outcast/Notorious that are geared more towards stunts. Seems like this truck will be a good fit for me. I have nothing against the Tekno kits, I just haven't got around to purchasing one yet. They seem like solid vehicles. I'm glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for taking the time to drop a comment! :)

They definitely do seem a bit narrow at times, especially when you're trying to line up at higher speeds on rough terrain. They were originally built for 1/10th scale vehicles. It's tricky, but after some practice you get used to it. :) Thanks for watching!
@@LVC_RC yes, I wrote that thinking that you used to hit the ramps with the stampede most of the time, and this ARRMA is about the same size as the E-Revo so...around 1/8 scale. And I could see that when you were behind the RC car with the camera filming from a side, you got them perfect frontal and got big air, but when you weren't aligned with it, things got sketchy :)). No big deal...just a matter pf practice as you said. BTW, me and a a friend of mine, who also has an Rc truck, made 2 ramps using instruction from your videos. Great stuff! I looked like he had great control of the truck, so I'd say it works pretty well
@@newtonfoster7581 I'm sure it works well but it could feel like crap. For example Traxxas radios work well but they're junk.
Thanks Jonathan! My biggest complaint is the plastic steering wheel. The rest of it isn't too bad in my opinion. The trigger is definitely softer than the Tactic TTX300 radio, but I feel that it's a little bit stiffer than other Spektrum radios like the DX2E.

nice my HR skid plates do not cover the whole thing. those are from voltage hobbies so different from hot racing plates. you should of used the bigger screws that it came with for a tighter fit since your added more metal on.

@@LVC_RC yes I saw that my bad my phone froze I saw the rest. Do your tires balloon by any chance,? My tires balloon like when I'm at full throttle is that because of the diff fluids I didn't change nothing yet do you recommend messing with the diff so I just leave everything alone? All stock gearing on my notorious 6S. Would love to get a outcast body if you happen to know a place to order one. Thanks 👍
@@paulrakis Yes, my tires balloon a little bit. I’ve noticed it more as they’ve started to wear out. It’s tough to avoid tire ballooning unless you tape the insides of them or get a belted set. Slightly thicker oil in the center diff might help in certain situations. As far as Outcast bodies go, Jennys RC on eBay usually has great deals. 👌

Any ARRMA 6S BLX rig is the way to go!!! You know that the E-REVO 2.0 uses the exact same plastic chassis, right?
Thank you! Both are great, you honestly can't go wrong with either one in my opinion. The E-Revo 2.0 is a solid vehicle once you upgrade the servos and shock rod ends, and I've heard excellent things about the Outcast too. The E-Revo 2.0 will probably handle slightly better than the Outcast, but the Outcast will be better at stunts due to the shorter wheelbase.

Tho Mas That is correct, hitting the throttle while jumping will bring the nose of the truck up and applying the brakes will point the nose of the truck down. 👍

The V4s have a new upper solid chassis brace which prevents them from flexing and bending the chassis doing so. ;) Looks like they actually listen to their customer input.
