Such a great endorsement for Osprey Packs. I met a guy at Saw Wee Kee that had an Osprey hydration pack that caught my eye. I will likely be buying one in the future. Great commercial, Jason!
Yes, it’s great that they stand behind their product. Also, for reference, hydration packs are cheap compared to their full blown backpacking packs so good to see that they stand behind all their products.
I really like my three Osprey packs, and I didn't know about this warranty! I have the Raptor 14 you show at the end and it's a really good pack for biking. The tool roll is a great addition.
Great video, Jason. I have their hip pack and I wish they move buckle to the side so it doesn’t dig into my skin on long climbs, on downhill feels like it’s not even there😃
I have a Camelbak hip pack and while comfortable, their reservoir lid (screw on type) is just atrocious! I’ve gotten wet ass too many times to count. Probably going to get an Osprey brand reservoir for it.
When I look at the almighty guarantee on the osprey Europe site it states that punctures or damage due to use isn't covered in their guarantee... Only production defects etc..
Oh, very interesting. The United States site says "OSPREY WILL REPAIR ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT FOR ANY REASON FREE OF CHARGE" and they even have photos of packs they repaired with a patch over what could only be punctures. How very unfortunate for European customers.
Do they keep you warm at night can it talked to you when your lonely can it be used as a weapon and the most important thing is how much does it cost it's a back pack why all the fuss
I haven't been to Silver Lake yet but a lot of people I know ride there. It's a bit of a drive from the south suburbs so I don't get too many chances to get up there.
Oh, I didn't know about their warranty! I have their Raptor backpack and one of the shoulder straps is getting loose at the seam. Let's send them an email
I really like their products. Glad to see that they stand by them.
I’ve got 3 different size osprey packs. Love them all. Very durable.
Thanks for the video. I have a pack that I'm thinking about sending in this winter for repair.

Mine has the tool roll too, super handy!
Love my raptor and totally stoked to see they treated you so well!
Looks like I have to send it back, one of the hip zippers failed while in AZ. ::sad face::
@The Mediocre Mountain Biker Ahhhh man.... Now I'm interested even more in what they do/say! Follow up video potentially???
@@chickensendies I'm guessing they'll fix it without issue - I just have to eat the cost of sending it back to them again.
@The Mediocre Mountain Biker Well, That is not too bad then! Definitely a bummer but glad they stand behind their stuff!
I may just return that old pack that is in my closet - thanks!!!
I've been using mine with a busted buckle and my helmet bungee is busted, I just may have to try sending mine in! Thanks for the info!
Yes, my bungee busted too, so a cut a hole in the back to feed the bungee through and tie it into a knot!

Good stuff man. Love from the Chicago area! Ever been to silver lake? Great little trail spot with some easy trails with fun features
