I live in Mesquite, Dallas is next block over. I had a mole problem, but I have little 16 lb Boston Terrier. She is quite the hunter. She brings me gifts. dead squirrels, dead possum, dead mole. Into the house through the doggie door. She is quite proud of herself. Also have a big 85 lb pit bull, lab mix but he is a wuss and too slow to hunt much.
What about a tiny house on wheels for next to the creek? You can get it with sides that flip up and screen underneath. You can have bunk beds and a cassette toilet so no one has to go in the woods at night.
Many years ago in my childhood, we camped by the Peco river in NM. I love the idea of a campsite by the river. The kids would love it. Cooking and sleeping by the river leave such good memories. lol once we moved back to SC, Daddy wouldn't take us tent camping as there were bears in those woods.

Heard hemp bedding is mold resistant and repels ticks. Repels bat bugs suppodedly too the ones that come from chicken coops from the bats and into the house.
So how about a floating dock for your camping or rental cabin? You could use sealed drums or even a home made house on a pontoon platform that would be on the ground most of the time but float when the water level rises. Just a thought.
Daniel I have gotten rid of moles and voles using Juicy Fruit gum! I know it sounds crazy but it works for me! Just find a fresh air hole and brush the dirt back place an unwrapped piece of Juicy Fruit gum in the tunnel then gently cover it back up. They eat it and it must stop up their guts ?? They will die out. Just keep doing this until they are all gone. Let me know if it helps in your green house please
LOL the love machine. Houston cracks me up, this is a disaster! He now sure how to express what he is seeing, like he sounds mad lol. Dolly is looking over at Dejay like this again lol. Lambert is thinking what did I do for this punishment. The guys we knew who came up to hunt where I used to live. He had ply wood wall panels that were numbered and bolted with 4 bolts per panel. They had a propane furnace in one wall, windows, plus a fold down counter with sink < unless he attached when they arrived >. Four cots at the back they had army canvas tarp or the roof, indoor / outdoor carpet on the dirt. When done hunting they dismantle walls put in trailer off they went home. Take care of each other. 1:30 my dad has the same provlem this year only does in sight and a few spike horns he shot a 8 point with a bow but they followed his blood trail for two days and no luck :( we dont have much meat left and on top of that our fainting buck breeder passed away so no babies :(

Around min 720ish...when Rufus jumped.....I think it had to do with the light change and shadow from the barn.....I know horses have a hard time to adjusting to shadows or dark areas....just a thought.
That was me riding when I was his age I started out on a 40 then got a 50 then finally got a 250 at around 12 then I bought the rest after that but I was crazy and it really taught me how to drive starting that young!
Yah ,raised platform with 4 large posts n roof but not too high of a roof,then u can attach tarps to each side n fux them with rooes so that you can roll them up when not in use or for nit3 ,or bad weather ....then u could dicsame with screening fir eating out or in or better sleeping n so on , go the idea ... Ready made & comfy quarters bring sleeping. Bags n poles !!! Yaaaaahhhhh!!!!?? Like to see it done ,cuz I've done it myself when camping with my girls who r now nearing the 60 the birthdays !!! Just make sure the dump truck don't bring ya debries that have toxic fill in it always know and research the origins of it. 👍 last thing you want is dirt that has like a fuel spill in it or other to it site issues. Just saying cause it happen to my uncle years ago, but he had to sue to get it all removed after it was dumped.
