Thanks for the info! Quick question: With no aircon in the apartments like the ones shown, can indoor summer temperatures get uncomfortable at times, especially on 2nd, 3rd, 4th floors? IOW is AC sometimes necessary from June to September?
It depends on if you're facing south mainly. Although the last few years have gotten hotter and stayed hotter longer than just a few years ago. Mostly July and August.
That's true. Fitted sheets mean the landlord passed an IQ test. You'd think after 800 years of regular sheets, intelligent Europeans would have noticed they don't stay put
@@TheWanderingHartz I would not say they are a luxury anymore - you can absolutely have them delivered with cash on delivery for like 20 Euro per one sheet (size dependent) we have a Jysk and Ikea from whom you can order. About the same as non fitted ones, and there is a trick to getting non-fitted ones to stay on (starting with the right size), still we are also starting to buy only fitted ones.

Fitted sheers are a luxury in the Balkan 😆
@@TheWanderingHartz Still, in Macedonia wrangled €750 per month for a two bedroom with fitted sheets. :)
