what you think about it's potential? share your opinion below ⬇
gonna make a tutorial for it soon
Very cool, i didn't know about learning agents. The potential seems remarkable. Looks like you had some fun making this one. Coffee is only disgusting if you aren't grumpy, tired or old enough 😂
thank you! i am gonna release a tutorial for it soon. also i prefer water)
Really cool! Can't wait to learn more!
thank you! will do my best to make a tutorial as soon as possible
Hey bro, I was wondering if you could make another part to your procedural terrain series about implementing a falloff map to create decent islands with your chunks. I’ve tried to implement it with the same blueprints but each chunk is just generating its own terrain and they aren’t connecting to eachother.
okay, maybe will make a video about that. i actually implemented island generation and started working on a video about that, but didn’t finish the video. however i uploaded the code on my patreon. thank you for your suggestion and for watching!
I don't see an issue with the CSGO bots. They accomplished the mission beautifully lmao
you are right, my bad, at 2:10 they definitely demonstrated very intelligent behavior
very good video, but the highlight of it is without a doubt the mustache 😂😂😂
haha, i will tell Bill
thank you for the video!
thank you for watching it!
I'm curious to check this out and see what it can do. I think, however, that a hybrid approach would be better. Allowing devs to set basic behaviors and learn from there, and then being able to export the learned behaviors and refine them would be much better. It seems that in 2023 everyone started thinking that AI was this magic solution that could be used and applied to anything. The AI learning we have currently is really an incorrect label and machine learning would have been a better one to apply. There is very little actual intelligence to many of the GPTs and LLMs available currently, and they're really just complex random algorithm filters that appear to mimic intelligence, but with no actual understanding of underlying thought. This is why so called AIs can't do simple math that computers have been capable of doing for decades, and why diffusion models produce images with the wrong number of fingers and arms. I like the idea of adaptive AI in video games, however I think they should have an governing framework of behaviors that they can work around and build from and within. I will be exploring this tech though and interested to see what can be done with it. Looking forward to your tutorial.
agree with everything you said
i think the ideal scenario would be ai that dynamically changes different aspects of game (not just NPCs behavior) to personalize it and keep it fun for individual players
though developing such system is a very complex task
also i think you are right, my video plugin exaggerated plugin capabilities, sorry for that
regarding the tutorial, i began working on it but had to pause and shift my focus to preparing for my exams. I am still occupied with that unfortunately
i really appreciate that you took time to watch the video and share your thoughts in such a detailed comment
thank you a lot!
When are you going to make the tutorial
working on it, think will be done in about 2 weeks, going to update you and others about the process, thank you for your interest!
Контент - пушка))) + 1 пожписчик xD
Кстати, спасибо за информацию, давно ждал ML трейнинг ботов в открытом доступе
спасибо! рад что это есть, кому это интересно. уже работаю над туториалом
great introduction. make tutorials on this.
i started working on the tutorial, but had to focus on preparing for my exams and still focused on that
hope will make it in future
thank you for watching and for commenting!
Ну ты артист)
спасибо)
I'm sceptical about this feature. It seems like a rushing tool to me that interferes with proper game development. AI has limited capabilities and does weird stuff without realizing it, yet many believe it's a magical feature. When it can save a lot of time in a competitive industry, this will probably only increase the production of bad games and in game purchases. Good games like doom eternal are too complicated for AI. Only people can make them
i agree with you, this approach is pretty raw and controversial currently and probably not ready to be used in real production currently. However i believe it has a lot of potential and experiment with that method can be really beneficial
traditional AI is not entirely predictable and often does weird or stupid stuff to be honest. AI created using this technique, with good training, can adapt to complex situations and discover very interesting strategies that developers hadn't envisioned. Of course it's not a trivial task to achieve that, but it's possible. i think exploring this area can provide a lot of value
also thank you for watching and for sharing your thoughts!

sorry, but pure clickbait. you dont show how or that you can create intelligent AI that replaces behaviour trees at all. the claim "can potentially create" without telling any more specifics needs no 4 minute video.
i'm planning to release a tutorial on how to use this tool soon. this video was supposed to be more like an introduction. sorry if it was confusing for you. thank you for watching and for sharing your feedback!
What’s the name of the tool tho???
