I searched about Cartagena, looking for history lesson, but this video is on another level. Such a beautiful and colorful video and you have an awesome style, so very artistic, original and charming, I love it!
Cartagena is my most favorite place in the world. Colombia in general. I love the diversity that exists along the coast. It isn't perfect by a long shot. I've been to Palenque as well. They offer very nice tours. It is definitely worth the visit. It's so good to see Cartegena getting the air time. Nice video.
I just visited Cartagena this weekend and came here seeking more information about it. I loved everything I saw. Awesome city with so much history. Thanks for sharing the info!
Hello! Thanks for posting this. I am visiting Cartagena (and Colombia) for my first time next week with my mom who grew up in Colombia, but she's never been to Cartagena either so this will be a VERY special trip for us both. Your video educated me a lot bout the story of Cartagena. Thank you for taking the time to do this for your viewers. I also wanted to mention that I took a DNA test and I was able to make a lot of connections to different regions of the world as I watched your video with respect to my background and possible ancestors - this is what I appreciated the most :) Thank you so much, truly. -Cristina
Super nice and well video with great information. I’m Colombian and I really appreciate the way you do this video to show this historic and important part of my country 🇨🇴
Super lively and colorful tour of Cartagena..lovely actress narrator provides the historical details with great pizzazz, while tight professional editing and camera angles, including aerials, enhance this excellent romp through the city. A must see of youre going to CTG!
Wonderful video! I am writing a paper on the origins of Cartagena and I was wondering if you could send me some of your sources. I hope you see this and I am looking forward to watching the rest of your videos once I have free time from school.
Yoo Traveling Cuervo! I found you from Lost LeBlanc's Channel. First off, I like your energy! It's infectious and keeps your viewers attention for sure. I also appreciate how you intermixed the music with moving locations, and overlaying drone or other video footage! One thing I would say to improve just a bit is more locations to get the light on your face. Most of them are good, but the one with the sunset behind you your face is heavily shadowed. From one creator to another I just want to help where I can 😊 Hope you keep creating and telling stories! As for me (My name’s Ryan!) I started creating content on TH-cam to help people live more meaningful lives. It really makes me sad to see people reflect on life and realize they could’ve done much more with the time they were blessed with! Watching others is one way we learn, so my goal is to be an example for others who need guidance on travel, self-development, and love in action! ❤️ Much love! 🤓 Keep chasing your dream and bringing value to your audience! 🙌🏼
Very informative. But, I do wish you would have used art and depictions from the actual country and its history books, Instead of you running around acting like a pirate. Its cute, dont get me wrong. But feels a little disrespectful. My own father died in battle. I would dread watching someone running around, reenacting it. Its important to remember that this is a history, that doesn't belong to you. People died there. Show respect.
You're like anti-colonialism and pro-spanish depending on the context, dancing around a city that was built on stolen gold. And that childish disney smile when you mentioned the pirates. No, you're not a what can be called an historian as some mention in the comments.
