Get a pump sprayer with water and you can forceully rinse at the bolt as you back it off. And hardly any bolt prep for the reinstall if it's already rinsed clean. Just a quick brushing and rinse and rag dry, and antiseize. But that would be more for a full time heavy equipment mechanic dealing with fasteners all day, the pump sprayer.

I completely agree, I use penitrating fluid and heat depending on the application as well. Wire brushing the bolt helps too. If you are going something with a gasket, lossen one bolt and tighten back on before you move to the next, then loosen them 1/4 of a turn each untill loose.

U thing if I soak in wd40 daily for a week then try this, I can take it back for alignment without it potentially snapping. Metal seized to rubber could be different.

If there's no other way and it has to move or snap, put a breaker bar on apply light pressure and just hold it for several seconds, then a bit more pressure and hold, etc. A breaker works because it flexes so you can gauge the force. If you're lucky the rust will start to crack slowly down the thread, it'll move a fraction and then you can wiggle it. Nothing clever about it just giving it time to let go. It'll snap if it's really bad but I rarely have to drill or cut and everything here in Wales is rusted to hell.

Tonight as I viewed another video and left a comment, I was going to use a word/term that I have used since high school.
It involves twisting or torquing a tight lid or bolt, or knob. For example, “I had to really ‘REEF’ on that bolt to get it to loosen.”

If the bolt head is stripped or rounded off, you’ll have to try driving a smaller socket on it. Or try to break them loose with a hammer and chisel, an air hammer works super well. Or if you have a set of those sockets that are designed to grip rounded bolt heads, try those.
As far as breaking them loose, you first need to get a solid grip on the bolt, then try smacking the head with a hammer. Soak them with PB Blaster. Heat them up. Use a cheater bar. Etc.
There are many different ways to get them loose and removed. Without knowing what sized bolts, what condition they’re in, what tools you have, etc, it’s hard to give good advice. There is no one size fits all method to removing bolts or nuts.
      Good luck!
