were these characters in their base performance. meaning were the settings in competitive mode or no? if not i understand, i just noticed a few of them had on custom gear.

Competitive mode is enabled in all of these combos, as you can see from the trophy symbol at the top of the screen. The customization is entirely cosmetic.

But bane had his debuff, that's why damage was so high

What would the damage have been if they weren’t on max debuff Bane?

Bane suffers 50% more damage during level 3 debuff. So it would have been half of what it is.
