He does not own this resort. He can only have 40% shares according to Philippine laws and since he is not Philipino, he can never have controlling interest in a business there. In essence, he can only be a partner with a Philipino having controlling interest.

Its already 5yrs but as far as i know marc nelson is already Filipino citizen? So he has the right to own his resorts/ business here in the Philippines
