I cant thank you enough for your generosity. For years i had ben trying to get my energy to flow in its full orbit as before getting ill. I was desperate for a cure so i went and listened to Subluminals and healing frequencies to mess up my energy system and to reach a huge block in my heart and solar plexus. Today God had guided me to this healing meditation and in one go i got rid of the block and my Energy is flowing nicely and effortlessly in my body and I CAN BREATH again. I cried nearing the end of this session. Where the light brought me was in the memories of a very special and happy moment of my life...and the memories were so vivid even remembering smells of the surroundings I was in. It felt intense and felt it mostly in my heart area. It felt like as if a weight was lifted. I took a big leap and made changes to my life this year and I am feeling down and lost at the moment. A friend of mine suggested Reiki and I found your page and first tried the distance healing video. I would use it whenever I would feel bad and negative about myself. So simple and healing. I felt the shape in my chest and coughed a lot to release the pressure I felt there. The more i concentrated on the light, the more the shape hardened, the pressure increased. Finally the shape melted and dissapeared leaving my chest relaxed. Thank you:)

Andrea, this experience has been so inspiring.. I earned my reiki lvl 1&2 here in Cambodia after connecting with your podcast, and I've been practicing your Gassho meditation for ages. This is the one I come to when I'm at the end of my rope and I really need help that my own reiki can't quite get to. Incredible that at such a distance, your healing is actively changing blocks in my life and helping me to believe in myself and my own abilities.

I had to constantly remind myself to see and follow a white light which seemed to constantly evade me although I was constantly walking along next to the edge of a forest. Then my light became a beautiful full moon casting a white path along the sea straight to me. I then started to paddle out towards the moon. My mind went to some attitudes and behaviours I have attributed to a few years of my illness block. It was saying to me to pull my head in and stop playing the pity card. Thank you for assisting me to achieve this enlightenment.

My block is related to my past and my tear in the lumbar spine which seems to be lingering on and off .. I felt warmth on both sides my hips which I am feeling now as well and also I felt someone pulling away my thoughts like a thread strip one by one from my middle of my forehead which are blocking me from everyday life .. i want those threads to be pulled away more and more and I don’t exercise any more of those in my life which resurfaced all of a sudden .. I am almost rejuvenated now but more of these fire block healing session is required time and again ...

I had childhood images of my repressed/narcissistic mother. How I would look to her for an emotional connection and she would block me out and turn to her vanity. Id get soooo angry. I saw that its her issues not mine, not that I ever believed that most of my life and I'm 51 now. We stopped speaking 4 yrs ago, She disregarded me as if I was of no use to her when she separated from my father. She wanted me to be a soldier against him on her behalf. I'd have no part of it, instead I stood up to her ill behaviour. I've known that some of my discontent has been to do with knowing she will take her ill feeling towards me to the grave. Just more of the guilt she'd want me to feel. Her mother died not talking to her. She repeated with me a lot of her upbringing. I too am a mother of a 12yr old, I'd never dream of continuing such a pattern. I couldn't be more available emotionally to my daughter if I tried. I also didn't recieve much in the way of love from both my brothers and my father. I was always the caring one, the empath.
I guess I have to just accept that I had to experience this to turn it around for generations to come ❤❤❤

All my relatives uncles and aunts alive and not came up in my mind and a memory of the point that my cousin 10years younger to me was born and at that point I felt that I lost once and for all the love of my loving uncle.He had a daughter now.Why did the session brought up this memory?
Perhaps it is somehow related to the issue you chose. These things usually come up as an opportunity for us to heal in deeper ways.
