Hi, at 7:44, my GA$ drop down doesn't match yours. I get Page Hostname, Page Path, Page URL and Referrer, then choose built-in variable and new variable.
No, via Google Analytics you can only track actions happening on your website. This means that you can only track the clicks to send an email. You can measure open rates and click rates via your email client (MailChimp, HubSpot, or equivalent software).
Video title should show that it's a tutorial using GTM. Waste of time for those that don't use GTM. Very annoying when POV's do click bait just to get views.

Is there anyway to import these from google tag manager to analytics 4 ? or will they start showing in analytics 4 as events?
Once you set them up in GTM they will start showing in GA4 (give it 24 hours) :))
Great video, as always. Thank you.
Very helpful, thank you!
Hello bro I want to send emails and know that opening the links this works ??

Thanks for the feedback! GTM is the default way to set up Events in GA4
