Hey, can you try to do a video in fully in norwegian? (If you feel comfortable enough to do it) It would be a great practise and really interesting as well to see your progress!
I binge watched all your vids today, sooo much fun!! I love how you do a recap of the whole week, I think you will appreciate looking back at this in the future
You described that feeling perfectly i’m an exchange student in the US and in december I’ve been here for months. And looking back it has gone by fairly quickly but its also feels like its been so long since i’ve seen my family
Don't underestimate the impact that the darkness can have on you. It is really intense to be in the dark for so long each day. You even used a weather metaphor at 7:05
I'm really impressed by your mindset. I also live up north in Norway! And I just want to wish you good luck this two months we have ahead, it can be really tough!! I've lived here for 22 years but still struggle every winter with the darkness. It can really mess with the head, we call it "winter depression". My typicals days in December and January is basically oversleeping, auto-piloting through the day with no energy and many powernaps. Then again, I don't really take any supplements which I should haha. But omg, the easter in Norway is really fun and ofc May!! And the summer is the best in northen Norway, no doubt. Sun every hour of the day, and the sunsets are amazing!!
I forgot to write something in Norwegian: Elsker videoene dine, blir kjempe glad hver gang jeg ser du har lagt ut ny video! Har så klart trykt på "bjella" så jeg får varsel hver gang du publiserer.
You made it somewhat hard for yourself by going to the dark north and to a place where you can only do classes in a foreign language, but you seem to have a very impressive mindset. Good luck and keep it up.
Sending love❤️💖 There will be ups and down with all experiences, but I hope the good far outweighs the bad! Love your videos very much. Have a lovely week x
I am currently learning Norwegian on my own and it's always been my dream to do an exchange year there but I am a bit late since I'm gonna graduate soon haha. But with your videos it feels like I am there too:) Norway is so pretty tho!! I'm definitely gonna consider moving there after I graduate♡
i was an AFS exchange student in Tromsø! nice to see familiar places :) about the tough times.. I get it.. the mørketid doesn't help either :D you're doing great though! hit me up if you ever need some advice :)
3:34 you can’t say «ikke ingenting», you can either say «ikke noen ting» or «ingenting». I’m only writing this because I’m sure you want to learn. I love your videos
Nikolai : & as a dutch person, I find Scandinavia people talking english very cute sounding. It sounds very smooth and relaxing for some reason (very high voice as well)!

Wow I just looked at where Tromsø is on the map and omg you are so far up north! That's craaazzzy! No wonder the sun sets so early!
I'm almost the most south you get, and the sun sets at like 4pm here right now
@@xsamsungg5735 yeah here in Germany it sets at around 4:30pm!

Most norwegian school have IB alternatives, so it would be wrong to say you can only do classes in a foreign language.

Ah, yes. I remember watching this Norwegian female TH-camr use “hella” and involuntary cringed. No idea why, though.
