    I wanted to upload this full follow-along ball mastery session that can be done anywhere that you have a little bit of space.

    Introduction & How the Session Will Work:

    Dynamic Warmup:
    3:00-10:47
    Ball Mastery Warmup:
    11:08-23:17
    Exercise 1: Toe Taps -11:04-12:16
    Exercise 2: Foundations- 12:28-13:34
    Exercise 3: Roll to Stop- 13:38-14:56
    Exercise 4: The Triangle- 15:08-18:45
    Exercise 5: Brazilian Toe Taps 19:04-23:17
    10 Reps to Get the Groove
    Then start the time for 30 seconds
    Exercise 6: Roll to Double Outside Touch 23:28-25:26
    Exercise 7: Roll to Inside Open 25:45-28:11
    Exercise 8: Roll to Inside Outside Touch 28:34-30:41
    Exercise 9: Pull Behind Outside 30:54-34:26
    Exercise 10: Pull Behind Double Outside 34:44-37:04
    Exercise 11: Pull Behind-Open Body 37:27-40:00
    Water Break: 40:00-40:19
    Exercise 12: Pull Behind-Inside Outside: 40:19-43:25
    Banana Break: 43:26-44:00

    I'm doing this everyday in the morning before I go to school love it! Improved so much on the ball. Shitting on ppl in games at school is now a regular haha and in real games too. I play at a south coat level and this has improved me so much thx

    At the moment I'm not in a team, but I do this training 3 times a week (it's my only training), BUT I do it completely, without any kind during the break

    just did this session, thought it was amazing! but towards the 45:00 mark there was some technical difficulties involved causing me to have to cut the session short.

    Great session! However, definitely don't recommend doing it on this surface. Use grass, and football boots if possible. Less stress on the joints, and you train in the environment you play in. God bless!

      Just be consistent King, do various Ball Mastery exercises, not just these. About 4-5 times a week is excellent i think. You'll see improvement, just be consistent.
